This is probably one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to I have always experienced exceptional customer service every time and as a customer service worker myself I get it can be hard but these guys make it look like a breeze I have enjoyed every item on the menu, you’d need a pretty bad taste to hate these guys the vibe is great and I will be sure to Come back always special thanks to the staff!!

I enjoyed the breakfast burito with egg. It was so delicious! Coffee and service also really really good. Chef and manger were so lovely and accommodating when I made a special request. Definitely will be going back soon.

First time visit and I was impressed with the service and the quality of food. The staff was very attentive to the dog by bringing out a large bucket of water without even asking. The only downside was they forgot one of our drinks. Apparently a society for misplaced. The place is everything very accessible.

Coffee. I was a bit concerned to start with (group handles not in the heads, cold group handles is *not* a great way to start), but... the double espresso was really good. Probably one of the top "short" (Italian) espressos I've had in Canberra.

I spent a few hours here doing some work. The staff were very accommodating in allowing me to sit close to a power point so that I could use my computer. The coffee was great, as was the ham and cheese croissant. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all the customers needs. I should also mention that the area was very clean and comfortable. Great little Café they have going on in Casey. Staff are super friendly and mostly up for a good chat if there not too busy. Best thing to order in the morning is the bacon and egg roll with whatever sauce you dare to chose.

Had to find a place for lunch with the in-laws that was nice and relatively inexpensive and came across this place. Decided it looked good and gave it a go. We struck gold. Food was great and service was quick and welcoming. Handled our special dietary requirements with ease. I’ll have to try the eggs benny next time. My wife didn’t leave any of hers for me to try!

Great coffee, amazing staff, and food to die for. The lockdown menu is great for takeaways and also now we can eat-in when there's table space considering the distancing rules. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's new and expanded menu for a bit of a lunch treat. Staff and customers are all so happy in this place. I love it.

Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere, food is incredible and perfectly portioned so you don’t leave feeling overstuffed. Coffee never fails to be smooth, without the hint of bitterness I’ve frequently experienced at other cafes. If you’re looking for a treat the almond slice with raspberries, which is gluten free, is absolute heaven. We’ve become regulars due to the fabulous team headed up Bec and Aaron, who make us feel like family.

I visited this morning from the Belconnen area. I was greeted at the door by a kind lady who explained where I needed to go to order. The cafe was open with good amounts of sunlight coming in, giving it a great ambience. The friendly staff took my order and even though it was busy, my coffee was ready in 5 mins. Coffee was awesome. Smooth not too hot and hit the spot. Will surely be making the effort to bring the family here for some breakfast. Thank you all 🙏🏼

This cafe is delightful in every way. The coffee must be up there with the best in Canberra; consistent, smooth yet robust and creamy. All the food is delicious. The homemade banana choc chip bread was like a party in your mouth. Service is top notch. The full length windows make it bright and happy any time of the year and the outside seating is wonderful when you need to catch up the sun and vitamin D.

It's a nice cafe. Have only had coffee and cake here, and it was pretty good. The carrot cake was really nice. Really happy they do kid sized milk shakes, that are actually kid sized! The place was set up nicely, didn't feel squashed in, and the staff were nice. Will have to go back and try the meals.

Wow Pixie and Bear Cafe is the best ever that we had an amazing lunch with a group of friends by having our enjoyable lunch with magnificent flavours and all the Coffees with Almond milk also the fresh fruit Juice were divine! 😋 We certainly highly recommend this cafe that they have the best quality food, coffee and their warming professional staff also their great service that we will be definitely back since we drove 45mins there!! 💝🙌🏼👍🏻😁🤟🏼

Dropped in for coffee and a milkshake, we saw the display case and had to try the muffin and mud pie. Omg that mud pie 🤤 and the coffee, to die for! Honestly best coffee I’ve had in Canberra! And they stock milk lab almond milk which is my ultimate favourite! Friendly service, colouring in was offered for my son so I could sit and enjoy my delicious coffee and food. Did I mention the amazing coffee?

I wish I could give this place 5 stars if not more. The coffee is on the top 5 And the food is amazing. When we don’t have a table we are happy to know that they are busy. The only down side is for the prices. If you are adding the coffee it’s making the adventure a bit pricy.
