Best coffee club I have been to in terms of food. Seating area a bit crowded but the food was delivered promptly and tasted delicious

Unfortunately it was a bit like every other coffee club I seem to go to. Food/Drinks tasted okay but customer service could have been improved. My first stop off this morning was with a lady who was super abrupt, the second in the afternoon was with a man who didn't notice I was there for a good two minutes. Is it so hard to ask someone how their day is? I guess so.

Been here a few times with good breakfasts however the current franchisee does not have floor cleaning skills & the aprons on the staff were filthy. Really off putting - so on the final breakfast of our holiday we went elsewhere.

Awesome NYD brunch, meals were amazing, happy to pay a surcharge being NYday. The staff were busy, but still happy to be at work offered a smile and all food and drink only took around 20 minutes.. pretty amazing..

Food is usually good, coffee is OKAY. The staff however, way too pushy... constantly trying to up sell items from menu and I was overcharged for items I didn't order. If I wanted hash browns, side of chips or a bottle of water, I would have asked for one. Also, rude to come around when you have a full drink on your table to be asked if you'd like another drink.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Would recommend getting a work buddy and buying the two for one coffees with the loyalty card 5-6 dollars for 2 coffees. Also note you get a slight discount if you work in the Mitchell centre.
