What an awesome place! Coffee is great. Huge range of cakes, muffins, and cookies. Proprietor was chatty and friendly. I highly recommend adding Round Hill Coffee to your itinerary.

Seems to be new management. Back to some real food again. Something filling when your on the go. Great staff, excellent choice of music. Good spot to stop for a beer or two and breath in the surrounding scenery.

Nice little place in the middle of nowhere. You can have the accommodation for 10$ (unpowered), with toilets, shower, kitchen. And you can wake up with eggs, bacon etc... at the restaurant :)

You must visit this Cafe if you visit Tasmania. The drive to get there is beautiful, and the view at the Cafe is amazing too 😍 They do breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Stayed there in January, can't speak too highly. Owners friendly and while they were just setting up the van sites, the owners are really friendly, helpful and easy going.

Firstly, lovely lovely people! Thanks for cooking a lovely breakfast and helping us out with the little one! The breakfast was great and set us up for the day, and the scones we bought for after our walk were just what we needed. The scenery is amazing around the cafe, and it's a great little spot to stop in at if you're in the area and in need of a break! Thanks again :)

Great food but unfortunately it is the last day of the current owner 🙄! Great food .. For those who are after great waffles follow the owner - her name is Dunja! Beautiful lady who makes best Swiss/ Swedish waffles 🤗

Very good Swedish waffles available there, Dunja was very welcoming :) Wood burning stove was already on at 8am. Probably one of the best place to stop over for breakfast and coffees. Will pay a visit again.

Fantastic Coffee, friendly staff and great camping area out the back as well. Very cheap accomodation in a great location. Not far from Cradle Mountain National Park as well as other attractions such as Tasmazia and small town of murals of Sheffield. Oh yeah, and the breakfast and lunch menu's in the coffee shop are fantastic and very freshly cooked too

I have been to the Round Hill Café several times and each time I am not disappointed. I have previously only called in for coffee and cakes but had a meal there of chicken schnitzel which was excellent. The chips and salad served with this meal was simply great, personally I think it was too cheap with that type of meal served elsewhere costing $10.00 more and not as good. The coffee is always great and not over extracted requiring heaps of sugar to make it drinkable.

A fantastic place to grab a bite. Best coffee in whole of Tasmania 😊☕. The scones were great too. And the jam was super delicious 😋. Very friendly and courteous staff. There's a lot of seating space both indoor and outdoor. The location is very scenic and picturesque. There are facilities available for freshening up. However, you will love the display items and the little details of the interior. All unique and interesting 🌟. There are books/magazines available to read that you can grab while sipping on your coffee and learn about the history of Tasmania 😊. A wonderful cafe.👍

This cosy family owned cafe literally came to our rescue as it was very cold and we desperately needed a coffee on the way to cradle mountain, they had almost closed but they were so sweet to make a quick coffee for us, I grabbed a banana chocolate muffin, freshly baked by the owner's daughter. The muffin was one of the best I've had.

A great pit stop before heading over to Cradle Mointain. We were heading to the park for the whole day and I'm so glad we made a short detour to come to this place insgead of going to the only cafe at the Cradle Mountain Visitor's Centre (which can be much more pricey). The place has a rustic vibe to it, like a lodge in the woods. It has a nice deck for sunny days where we enjoyed our brekkie (we had the scones and coffee) in peace and quite. Apart from the cars passing it is quiet. If you are heading to the park for the whole day or planning to take something for lunch to have have while hiking, I recommend the 'salad sandwich' which I'm not sure is on the board but it is a step up from the basic ham and cheese sandwich. We really enjoyed our sandwiches while overlooking the views in the park.
