Fantastic example of a quaint, friendly, high quality small town store. Awesome food and coffee.

The best home made lemon slice you'll ever have! Made with their own fresh lemons. Excellent coffee - thank you for providing plant milk alternatives. Lovely service. Lots of nice gift items to buy too. Will be back.

Wonderful cafe, great coffee and homemade slices and cakes. They also have fantastic handmade local indigenous and artisan gifts, wrapping paper and cards. I loved the unique indigenous design christmas decorations all made from natural and recyclable materials. The local shop owners are working together as the chamber of Commerce to create a welcoming feel and great selection of businesses.

I'd like to think I'm a regular here.
Best take away coffee, chat and atmosphere in Rosedale.
You won't be disappointed.
Oh.. and try the cakes!

You must try the delicious cake- carrots and raspberries/pear was our pick of the day-in this lovely, warm coffee
Check the alternative to you classic latte as well: golden latte, spiced beetroot or spiced matcha.
In a rainy day like today, between the great service, food and the interesting gift shop, we’re tempted to stay a little longer!

We travel regularly from Paynesville to Melbourne, so Rosedale is a great stop for a mid-morning/afternoon coffee/snack break. Birch and Perch has the best coffee in town and offers delicious sweet and savoury treats. Gifts and cards are a great adjunct. Give it a try.

This is a cute cafe with small gift shop. I stopped in 28 July 2018 on my way east just to grab a coffee. It turned out to be a great coffee - as good or better than most I get in Melbourne.
On the way home I stopped in to grab another coffee ... and also got one of their ready to go baked savouries. It looked like a sausage roll, but was veggies with a little curry flavour. So yummy! I'm not sure how much food they serve, but this is a fantastic option for a quick stop when you're travelling through east Gippsland.

What can I say about this awesome little cafe in Rosedale. First off GREAT FOOD, GREAT COFFEE, GREAT SERVICE!!! Did I mention GREAT homemade food?? We have been regularly going there for over 5 years, never has the standard faltered in that period. Try the Moroccan pie next time you pass through you wont be disappointed.😆😆

Stop there each way on the way to visit parents in Bruthen. Never fails. Beautiful cakes - all homemade and so fresh. Great coffee. A Rosedale gem.

Great coffee and an impressive selection of herbal teas. It had a cute little shop component with hand-made soaps and other little gifty items. Will remember this cafe next time I'm in Rosedale.

Great coffee, home made cakes and slices. Friendly owners who don't mind a chat. A little gem of a place must try the home made slices, heavenly. Also gift's and a small nursery, unusual mix of products but a some quirky gift's. It's a must try for coffee and cake.

Coffee is all I've bought from here and it was really good and I don't say that about many places.

Amazing cakes, the owner (who has a pretty impressive feminist in her family clearing the way for female chefs) should be a contender on the Great Aussie Bake Off! Delicious 💚💚💚
