We're staying in the local area for a sea change backdrop and was desperate for a drop of espresso. Came across this gem on Google Maps and it was 2 mins away from our residence. Ordered a takeaway coffee, was served promptly and the owner was friendly and upbeat. Sat under the beach umbrellas whilst we waited, our buzzer went off the I collected my liquid gold from the takeaway window. Located in such a fantastic spot in Bridgewater, this is a must visit if you're in the area.

One of the best beaches in Australia! Soo lucky to live close by. Crystal clear water, white Sandy beach with amazing views. Cafe isn't too bad either. You Must visit here !

Can a burger be stacked too high? Not the Bridgy Burger at the Bridgewater Cafe. The burger's bun didn't fall apart and the burger itself had plenty of fillings. The meat pattie was nice & thick, cooked full thickness and very tasty. My wife's chicken schnitzel burger stacked nearly as high and she says, "It was very yummy thanks!" The large flat white coffee was in a good sized mug and was served nice & hot. The ocean bay view is spectacular from the outdoor tables.

Relaxing beach front café with fantastic ocean views. I had breakfast here and it was delicious. More than the food I enjoyed siting outside under the shade gazing and the ocean, wildlife, and people. Great atmosphere. Lucky, I had sun shining the day I visited here. Stopped in for coffee, great spot right on the beach front. Beautiful beach just there. Our group had Coffee and cake. The place was very busy. Quite a few of the table umbrellas are broken or missing which is a shame seen as when we went it was raining. Really recommend stopping in here.

Cafe with a view. Just on the beach side overlooking stretch of Bridgewater beach this cafe has plenty of outdoor seating. Good selection of menu items for breakfast and lunch. Listen to the waves and sit back with a cup of coffee.

Always great food and perfect coffee (piccolo). Highly recommend anything they make. Can vouch for wedges (after a cold swim), calamari, burgers and chicken burgers...but it all looks great.

We stopped in to have a bite to eat and I must say the food is superb ! I had the egg and bacon in Turkish bread, and the chutney that accompanied it wasn't too sweet and perfectly savoury. I would 100% recommend visiting here !

Beautiful seaview cafe, perfect after a day of hikes! Had one of the best iced coffees ever - loved the ice cream to drink ratio 😋🍨 The fish burger was also out of this world!! 🍔 Thanks for the lovely service by the friendly and upbeat team, we had a wonderful time here, will definitely be back when we revisit the area 💛

Food with a view is the best way to describe this place. We frequently visit Portland and never miss a visit here as the view is breathtaking and topped off with a wholesome meal and a glass of red. Great country service and feel, I really love this place in winter while having a hot meal and watching the waves in the ocean and if lucky a whale or two.

Lovely place, nice food and drink and a good view but if you come in March, bring Bushmans repellant or the March Flies (like horseflies) will eat you alive!

Should have had the burgers - Noticed a lot of orders for burgers. Yet since we were at the seafront we ordered the Friday night special -(the salmon, prawn chili with couscous) and the pumpkin salad. The salmon was cooked well but was bland and there were just two prawns, the couscous portion was like a garnish and the salad which should have been the garnish was actually covering the whole plate. The salad was fresh. The pumpkin salad dish was unfortunately tasteless. We also had two appetizers: the fried calamari crumble and the cheese croquettes. Both were good. The service was good although you must stand in queue to place your order at the counter and pay each time you order which is cumbersome.
