Food was fresh, quick and full of flavour. I had a coffee along side with a freshly soft cinnamon scroll. Just great!!!

I happen to know the cafe when I dropped off my resume. I helped the owner Frank as a dishwasher and a waitress once a while. As I’ve known, the kitchen is very clean and coffee is nice and creamy. Frank has been very helpful, genuine and generous. During my up-and-down job hunting period, He has offered me free training, food, encouragement and favorable advice. He helped more than I can do in return. I really appreciate his kindness. I give my first review to Cafe Intimo. 😉

Called into this cafe for a coffee. The service was fine, and the barista was a character. My strong skinny latte was alright, there was some milk froth but the coffee flavour wasn’t for me unfortunately. Overall the coffee was prepared alright but I’m not sure what blend of coffee they use. This cafe has lots of cakes and pastries and even home made fruit cake which looked good but I’d already had breakfast.

Upmarket place with Italian vibes and menu. The menu is interesting, varied and includes special that will definitely have something you've never had before or remind you of home if you happen to be Italian. Cabinet foods provide some quick grab and go options but honestly you'll want to sit down and enjoy a spacious cafe in this area that isn't over stuffed with tables.

Simply put I wouldn't visit this place without the Barista, great coffee and oustanding personality!! If you came feeling down you'd leave happy. Word has it he has ESP, and just by looking at you, he knows what coffee you drink.

I came here for coffee/breakfast on the recommendation of a friend who works close by. Very friendly service from the staff and I was made to feel very welcome. The coffee was perfect and the bacon and egg roll (with a touch of chilli) was delicious. Highly recommended

Quintessentially Melbourne! If you like the cafe culture of Melbourne; you'll love Cafe Intimo. With its blackboard menu, restaurant full of regulars, great service and good food it is a place not to be missed. The wine list is eclectic with plenty of local vintages. I can only recommend you try it.

Breakfast - best bacon and poached eggs in Melbourne ............. Lunch , always inventive , great during winter, Italian provincial . The chef does some amazing things in a small kitchen. ,.......... Dinner....... they don't open but I wish they did ........... Ambiance - You don't have to be an AFL devotee but it adds to the experience Be careful what you say about the Bombers (especially with Frank) and the West Coast Eagles

Smooth great tasting coffee, will be my regular go to when i'm in the office.

After the usual morning rush and running late I stopped here on my way to training and they encouraged me to sit down and whilst I didnt I have time due that few moments reminded me to slow down and take a breathe and to make morning better they gave me a biscuit on the way out.
