I do like their ice cream, however it is disappointing the staff don't wear masks properly as they are currently supposed to. Please wear your masks so that they actually cover your mouth AND nose!

A nice casual place spot for a coffee and hot chocolate and probably a gelato, though not for us this morning. Both the coffee and hot chocolate were good however the only GF cake choices were the raw versions.

Brand new gelato spot making the beautiful Barwon Heads an even greater seaside destination! Deliciously decadent frozen and baked treats, all freshly made and the store owner/gelato maker made our day. We will definitely be back again and again and again!

Coffee review Day after I had Mithi coffee from place nearby will not name (see my reviews) I come here very good people man with accent make very good coffee and regular size is regular so very happy. I have no ice cream will come back for that one. God bless.

Amazing management alongside competent staff who know how to make coffee. I've never had to return a coffee and they always nail my latte and it's always the perfect temperature (120-140 degrees). I always feel welcome, clearly they value their customers

The ice cream was good but not exceptional. The rum and raisin needed more flavour, as did the pistachio. The rasberry was nice though.

I think Jessie and Otta have created one of the best places in town for both a coffee or a sneaky icecream. Every detail is top notch: all staff is kind and courteous, the coffee slinging is amazing (great beans, great baristas) and the ice cream is second to none. My day instantly gets better after a visit at Coffetti. May you guys keep doing your thing for many years to come!

One of the best smoothest coffee's I've had. They even give you a chocolate raspberry ball to enjoy with your drink. A must try if you're on that strip.

Came late in the afternoon, they were probably soon to close. Their coffee machine wasn't available and neither was the charcoal ice cream that was advertised on the board outside. Lovely attendant but she wasn't able to track our order and who'd pay (was a few of us). Cold brew on tap was good - we ordered 3 but she didn't fill them up consistently. One was basically only half full with all the ice and the other 3/4. My friend got his full because he saw how the other 2 were done asked her to keep going as she was filling.

Good coffee, delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and reasonably priced! A single scoop cost $4.50 and is loaded up. They are also dog friendly with a water bowl out the front for thirsty fur babies

We usually get an amazing coffee here but if they are busy they struggle to cope. If the girl with tattoos is on, avoid as she will just pump a burnt cup of water out to you. Very dissapointing.
