After a night at the cricket and needing to be up early to catch our train to Echuca, the experience at Degani Cafe was first class. The Gentleman behind the counter allowed my son to create his own special bacon and cheese roll, with an extra piece of bacon and my roll was delicious also with the addition of tomato relish. A nice hot and well made coffee just topped off the whole experience. We will definitely be back again.

This is located at the entrance of Southern Cross Sky Bus terminal. We wanted a quick breakfast. We ordered flat white coffee and Almond Croissant. The service was good.

This cafe is a great place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee while waiting between services at Southern Cross station. Located at the entry/ exit to the bus station and close to Vline and NSW Trainlink booking offices, we regularly visit after getting off the Skybus or while waiting for a country or interstate train. Importantly, the cafe feels covid-safe, unlike many other places about the station. Highly recommended.

Came here for a quick snack, so I ordered the sausage roll with hot sauce on the side, and a cup of flat white. Service was quick, and I enjoyed the coffee and the roll.

I'd taken a week off coffee, meaning I had high hopes and was so excited for this strong cappuccino, which did not disappoint! Fantastic coffee and ham-cheese toastie. The gents serving/bringing the food were lovely and polite also. Very satisfied

Simple cafe offerings simple meals at the convenience of within Southern Cross Station. If you're looking to just grab a quick bite, I'll say its OK but otherwise dining in is a bit suffocating because of the fumes from the bus terminal just beside it. It may not be that bad but I'm quite particular with smell so it's irksome to me. Food wise as mentioned and seen is really simple. You might be better off getting something elsewhere. Location may be nice to wait around for your guests.

Delicious breakies & kind service - l always spend some time here waiting for my country trains. believe it or not it's quite relaxing. Tried an omelette today and it was delicious, quick and no fuss. Clean and tidy tables. Thank you!

Unsure what all these negative reviews are on about. Personally found the food to be great and staff very friendly even early morning which not being a monring person myself I commend them for. Service was prompt and the coffee although maybe not the vest I've ever had was still damn good. The relish on the egg and bacon roll is a must though. Also loved that can still get a runny yolk.

Never have I met more accomodating staff! Just missed my bus, my phone dead, I decided to stop for breakfast. The server helped me pick a meal that was perfect for my dietary requirements and also helped me find a place to charge my phone! Next bus trip I will be coming early just to eat here because of how wonderful the staff are!

This is a very busy place... I sat here for a few hours while catching up with a friend... The hot chocolate was ok and the fruit toast was ok... My friend loved his meat and onion pie... There was so lovely looking food in their display cabinets and the staff were great...

Couldn't help following the smell of freshly cooked eggs at 5:30am and didn't regret it - sausage omelette was delicious, would have had another one if I'd had the time! Definitely will be coming back when I pass through Melbourne again. Thank you Degani!

Fab IS THE MAN. If your after a fantastic coffee or bite to eat, you need to go and see Fab and his team at Degani in Southern Cross Station. I've been to a fair few cafes and none come close. The food is great, the coffees are amazing and the service in my humble opinion sets a benchmark. This cafe Is my go-to spot when I need to relax with friends or even when I'm doing work meetings as well. Go down and see for yourself 😁👍🏻

I visit here on a regular basis. The coffee is always great. The owner is always friendly and his staff are always friendly and fantastic. I have always recommended this place to others who want coffee near Spencer St and will continue doing so. This is my go to coffee shop in Melbourne.

Best Coffee in Southern Cross, great staff and great food. The Kranski is one of the best lunch dishes in the station. Customer Service is always welcoming.

This would be our favorite location at Southern Cross Station for a meal and coffee when we visit Melbourne. Service is good quality of food and drink also good and prices are reasonable.

My wife enjoyed her almond croissant. Conveniently situated outside the SkyBus ticket office and a couple of minutes walk to both (Tullamarine and Avalon) Skybus departure platforms.
