Decent coffee and tea. Seating can get a bit messy on bus days. People tend to take a seat first before ordering despite signs on tables telling them to do otherwise.

Great coffee for a busy morning. Rating is between 4 and 5. It could have made a 5 easily with better view and table setup. But nevermind, it’s CBD, always at its busy life, packed and crowded. That’s why we usually get the take-aways. Anyway, it’s a 5 because the coffee here is great!

This is a nice little cafe kiosk located in Emporium. They sell a variety of nice cakes and pastries at ok prices. The quality of the orange and almond cake was good. The customer service however was quite average. Hope to try more in future.

Love this place whilst shopping in the city. Staff are super friendly and coffee is on point each time. Never milky or weak but just right. The cakes and sandwiches are always great. Can get busy at times but we should be thankful that we can venture out and enjoy a relaxing coffee. Best Little Sparrow around.

A nice coffee shop in the mall. It is huge, plenty of seats, nice coffee and cake. Order at the cashier, take your number, choose your own seat, and they will serve your order.

Cakes terrible, dry and crumbling with flavourless icing the consistency of play-doh, so top-heavy that it fell off the cupcake. Very strong coffee though and nice enough servers.

Loved the customer service , nice seating. The Tandoori wrap I ordered was awesome. Intially thought the wrap was too big I might take half to go, but the wrap was so good i ended up having all the whole wrap there. Will visit again.

I only passed by for a latte here but I can say it was one of the nicest I've had in Melbourne. I hate burnt milk or super hot coffees and this was nearly perfect, went down smoothly. The two staff members were friendly enough and fast and my coffee was just enjoyable. I would go back again when I'm nearby.

your staff don't wash their hands after they blow their nose and then continue to handle food and make coffee. this is at the emporium location. i think you need to have a refresher on hygiene, particularly given the pandemic

I love the lemon cheese cake! This is a lovely place to sit and have a chat with friends, aside from amazing coffee and tea, they have a selection of pastries and cakes that you shouldn't miss. The staff are nice, they are very friendly.

Little Sparrow is located in the open space on level two, adjacent to where Muji and Merchant are situated. The coffee here is not bad, it’s comparable to your typical coffee joint in a shopping complex. What I would’ve liked to see was an incentive for customers with reusable coffee cups. I understand that this is a decision that only the business can make, but many modern inner-CBD coffee joints take this seriously which I feel demonstrates consideration about environmental impact in their business model. The seating is plentiful enough, however depending on the time you visit there may not be any vacant seats available.

Great seating, good coffee, new servers are warmer. They smile now, some of the previous ones were grumpier. Even the barista at times is a bit stiff.

This is a cute little cafe located inside the Emporium shopping complex. I enjoyed a coffee and catch up here with a friend. The place was nice with great seating area that allows you to relax within the shopping mall. The coffee was nice. I would come here when shopping at Emporium for a rest before heading off to do some more shopping.

SMALL CAFE IN MELBOURNE EMPORIUM Offers coffee, cakes, light meals. It's in the main open space on level 2. Plenty of tables and chairs. Can get very busy on weekends. Good for a quick bite or a coffee but if you are "seriously hungry" the Emporium food court on level 3 has many cuisines on offer.

Everything here is absolutely amazing from staff to coffees sweets treats. Great place to stop & relax after a long day shopping. Needs a wine list though :) Tono C u do realise you have reviewed Little Sparrow Emporium not Little Sparrow Melbourne Central? Gloria Jean (cheap excuse for a cafe) was there. Maybe they looked at you because you are of lower intelligence?
