Even I have a Breville and two Nespresso machines at home, I still miss the beautiful coffee made in the shop and friendly service. Truly, the coffee made my day. The male assistant was so patient and assisted me found my favourite flavor. Absolutely love it. Thank you all friendly staff who are warmly welcoming and professional service. Strongly recommend to try and buy some gifts for yourself and people you love. Will return soon :-)

Very professional and refined store in the heart of the city. Even if you don’t like coffee you’ll certainly love the interesting presentation of this superb, up market store; even if you visit just to purchase the boxed chocolates “Milk or Dark”. This store is a marketing experience - liken to the “Apple store” of the coffee world. The machines make great coffee in an instant and there are many flavours and strengths to choose from. I visited to explore the fixing or obtaining a spare part for my ‘Lattissima Plus’ and Valentina was extremely professional a delight to talk with and went above and beyond to ensure my equerries were met. I even got to try the coffee of my choice.

Very classy Nespresso centre. It's amazing how much good coffee has become an essential in Melbourne. The boutique has a huge range of pods for your machine.. and if you are a Nespresso member, they can remind you which are your favourite flavours :) It also sells coffee machines and associated equipment (cups, pod stands etc). They offer a recycling program for used aluminium pods - buy a post bag from them and simply fill it with used pods and post back to them.

I had the BEST customer experience here on Saturday. Great COVID safe processes in place and politely enforced. There was always someone available to help me for my first in store visit. The checkout process was so fancy! I was asked if I knew about the subscription process and it was explained nicely. But what was great was she didn't push to sign me up. Referred me to the website if I wanted to look into it. I only have one coffee a day, but it might still be worth signing up.

Due to covid, unable to sample the coffee. Considered buying a machine which are reasonably priced. However, the staff member who served me had a very strong accent and I was unable to understand her at times.

Not sure I get the point of the self serve area, I've hardly seen anyone using it and the few times I've had there has been no one else in the area. Tried a couple of times but would rather just use the counter, even during busy periods.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. This store is located in one of the best locations possible. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful although I can understand if others have had different experiences. The coffee bar is a very nice centre feature although sometimes there needs to be crowd control especially around Christmas. I come in store to shop rather than online due to the experience which I recieve in store. Great work to all the staff at this store.

Very attractive store..tasting area is good.. we got chance to taste some flavours.. we bought new coffee machine had some flavours but didn't have 2-3 flavours so thought we can try there.. we tried.. everything is good just the tasting staffs are not so good.. may be they were busy or tired didn't feel like they are happy to give some coffee for tasting not smiling face nothing even they didn't ask about some sugar or if we want to try any thing else..just didn't like their presentation..

What a fantastic company standing behind a fantastic product. Nespresso have a product and support network that every other company needs to look up to. They have a wonderful English speaking and local telephone support system and if you need anything they courier it out to you often free of charge so that it is received the next day. Spare parts, descaling chemicals are all available. The store staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I think Nespresso equals perfection.

Good flagship Nespresso store with full service as well as a self service area. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. They seem to know that products well and offer useful suggestions and advice as appropriate. You can always stop by and sample coffees. I work in the city and this is my preferred place to get my Nespresso pods.

This is the second time my wife and I have been here. And the second espresso machine we have bought, this time as a present. Fahad served us this time and his help and service was excellent. After buying the machine we left it to pick up later in the day. When I returned to collect the machine, Fahad recognised me and said he will get the machine. Can get busy with coffee tasters occupying the staff. Dropped off old Vertuo pods and stood around for over 10 mins to get served to buy a Barista product. No one to serve so left. Chadstone Boutique store seemed better organised.
