Great contemporary design overlooking Lonsdale street nice cosy comfortable lounges good for informal meetings and discussions coffee is top notch , had the birds nest breakfast great choice if you are watching your waistline. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Nice spacious cafe in the CBD, complimentary newspaper to read, clean and pleasant decor. Service is fast and friendly. Coffee was a little watery. Lots of food options. Was a good place to have coffee and breakfast with room to study on laptop before a training session I was very early for.

Best coffee on Lonsdale Street! Get my heart starter here every morning on the way into the office. They also do excellent in-house iced teas, hot choc, iced coffee/choc and chai. Would recommend the food too, truly delicious!

Good and polite staff. A lot of ‘smh’ moments from the manager about how some customers he don’t like (someone who is slow to order the food although it was not very busy). 3/3 times I saw the guy frowning for no reason. Good coffee though.

However, the male customer service attendant was trying to take my phone from my hand to check the voucher one the phone without asking me first and I found this not courteous. Please ask me first for whether you can take my phone next time. It is common courtesy to ask first and not just assume that taking my phone from my hand to check a voucher is ok.
