Delicious food and super friendly service. Piknik has something for everyone! It's a cafe, restaurant, bottle shop and a larder with all their delicious preserves and relishes. The prawn pasta on the specials board was so good - perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Greek lamb had us speechless, the moment it hit the table the smell of it was intoxicating and it didn't disappoint. The kids got spiders for the first time! I love that this place serves spiders!! Highly recommended!

I read the one star reviews and they all seemed to be from a long time ago! This fits in with my experience. The food is excellent and so is the coffee. The service was very good and friendly. If this shop was in Point Lonsdale you’d have to book a year in advance.

Great place for a bit to eat or coffee, service is fast, friendly and the food is tasty. The Ruben sandwich is a winner, great mikshakes. Good selection of products for sale as well mustard, chutney etc. Plenty of seating, including large bench seat tables for bigger groups.

We really love this place. Very friendly staff, but the main reason is that the food is amazing. My favourite is the risotto, but it's all good. Good coffee too. Highly recommended.

A converted service station, basic and rustic unlike the food with limited range of the most delicious ice-cream. I keep going back here and insist on have my birthday breakfast there . It's licensed with a good gange of wines.

Great location out in country Victoria. The setting is beautiful, especially the outdoor seating area which is technically enclosed and heated with a wood fireplace. Delicious food, presented well and great portions. The Piknik breakfast was excellent. Friendly and attentive service, and a great time was had by all for Mother’s Day lunch.

We've probably been here 50 or 60 times and never had a bad experience! The food is always scrumptious, served promptly and with a friendly smile -- plenty of businesses could learn a thing or two from a visit here. Even when it looks full from the cars parked outside, there's always room inside even on a big shared table. What's great too is that it's smack-bang in the middle of the Bellarine, so whether you're coming from the Geelong end, or the southern or northern towns, it's only a short drive -- or a good ride for some. Highly recommended.

This place was was an unexpected find :). A redeveloped Service Station, now a quality eatery. No spectacular views, but this is a place you go to just for the food. They also sell a selection of preserves and sauces. It's worth the deviation off the tourist trail to go for an informal lunch.
