Stumbled on this place whilst walking around. Fit out is simple and clean. Good ambiance. Selection of coffee is impressive. I had a batch brew, it was well balanced l and smooth. Customer service is good. And they have an arrangement of desserts on offer for those with a sweet tooth.

Shambles is a great coffee place! The guys are very friendly and make consistently great coffee - I always keep coming back. They also have some really nice sweets - the madeleines are great, but even more so, their matcha brownie is amazing! I like the new renovated interior as well :)

Such a nice cafe. I tried the batch brew, flat white, and ham & cheese croissant. The coffees were excellent, and the ham & cheese croissant was delicious; crunchy, flakey, and cheesy on the inside. Service was friendly & helpful.

One of my go to places for coffee, especially during lockdowns as it’s one of the few coffee spots consistently open. Service is friendly and quick, the coffee delicious with a perfect milk consistency. Their baked goods are fantastic - their chocolatine has received a big thumbs up from my French partner. Had a great coffee and absolutely delicious bagel here! When I ordered the bacon bagle I was expecting bacon on a bagel, but what I got was so much better - a delicious, thick cream cheese spread with bacon bits and chives in it... Wow, so delicious! Definitely coming back 👌

A stand out in the incredible Melbourne specialty coffee scene. Beans from some of the most interesting European roasters can be found here on a regular basis. A bold thing to offer given the amount of local OZ talent around. Pleasant minimalist interior and most kind and accommodating staff.

Great little gem in the CBD. Delicious coffee and at the top of my list for hot chocolate. The staff are very friendly. They even offered to make me a new cup when I clumsily spilled some of my coffee. To top it off, they have some good reading material if you sit down for your drink.

In a city full of amazing coffee shops and espresso bars Shambles still manages to stand out. Incredible coffee first time and every time in an amazing stripped back industrial chic setting. A must try for an coffee lover!

They honestly sell some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. Their level of care and attention to their craft leaves your taste buds feeling energised and thanking you! They are also the only cafe I have heard of that sell the 'Michael Jackson' which allows me to have both a late and a short black at a very affordable price! Currently serving a Geisha filter coffee called "Black Sheep" from Manhattan and it does not disappoint. If I could leave multiple reviews I would.

It’s cozy and relaxing to sit in Shamble with its spacious and bright interior. Ham and cheese croissant is a must have and sinful! Crunchy even after toasted by a jaffle maker. All the pastries are made in the house daily. Definitely will come back to try the others. To me, the flat white is too milky. It’s more like a latte. Also it’d be better if the foam is more silky.

Cozy little coffee place. Chocolate banana bread is new (to me). Came in the afternoon so not packed but still very busy. Coffee was good and it on par with city average price of $4. Didnt notice a sign out front so you might walk past it if you didn't know it was there.

Coffee is honestly not the best in town. But i swear i think they put crack in their ham and cheese croissant (jokes). IT's addictive, crunchy, delicious, has some sweet tomato relish nestled between the ham and cheese... OMG I LOVE. Whenever I have a bad day, I get their croissant and BOOM its better already.

Shamble make consistently good coffee with good service. All their products are great quality. Rotating coffee is always interesting. Bagels from 5 and dime. Pastries from Penny for pound. One of the best cafes in Melbourne in my opinion.

A hidden gem of a cafe! The staff here are the loveliest bunch you will meet. Our barista noticed the chai latte colour being a bit off and made me another one without notice. He really insisted I have a second one that he thought would be of a better standard. They were both beautiful! This cafe is a little hot inside though but maybe that was the coffee warming me up.
