C.A great selection of fresh salads as well as refrigerated/frozen take home meals. A favourite for a quick and easy lunch. If you need a recommendation, try their Cypriot grain salad, it’s a favourite.
M.Ordered a platter of finger sandwiches to share with friends from Sublime (North Melbourne). Absolutely top quality. Generous with filling, extremely fresh and so very delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Charlie and staff.
Y. S.Had green cucumber , Kale smoothie it’s very refreshing and kimchi salad which had a lot of japanese fermented ginger on it. at first it taste kind a weird but after few spoon it actually nice, bit crispy and gingery. 👌
E. C.I’ve had the soup and bread here, a couple of the salads and the matcha smoothie, bliss ball(s) and the carrot cake. All is very good - I especially like the pasta salad I had with the pesto, garlic, and peas. I’m yet to try the take-home frozen meals - they look like a good idea. Staff are friendly too.
I disagree with some of the reviewers that the servings are small - it’s nutrient dense and a good portion too. Just a different food concept is all. Good location at start of Errol St.

I.GOOD QUALITY FOOD ON BUSY ERROL STREET
Sublime is a fairly recent arrival to the Errol Street strip and adds a good quality option to your dining choices.
Healthy and light - focaccia is highly recommended.
Parking is very tight on Errol Street but there is usually space in the meter parking strip on the other side of Errol St (parallel to Victoria St)
鄭.Delicious fresh salad , super yummy bread rolls and variety of meal box for easy prepared dinner ! Highly recommend my favorite green chicken Curry and broccoli slaw salad! They are fantastic!!
R. M.Sublime is such a great place to get lunch or dinner to take home. Staff are all fantastic. Food is delicious and plenty of choices which change around from week to week but with lots of daily favourites. The fritters are always good no matter what flavour as are the salads. They have hot food options too. Can pre-order for an event eg Portuguese custard tarts. Lately my summer go to is the green smoothie. Love this place. Stop here all the time.
