Came here as we were very hungry and we didn’t have time to find an eatery. The quality of the food at coffee club is pretty constant. But however I do think that the portion has shrunk a lot. A calamari at the price ($17+, I think) is quite costly given the quantity I was given. I would only guess that rental cost has went up substantially, else why would the portion of the food be so little? The taste of the calamari and the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was pretty good. No complaints on the food quality. Food aside, the server’s service was exceptional and she did come over to check if we were happy with the food and if we needed something else. I was happy with her service. The coffee club was also located away from the main food court and it was slightly quieter.

Lovely nice cozy and relaxing place with the tastiest coffee and the nicest manager who’s kindness reminds Santa Claus 🎅. Feels like you're about to have a flight as the place has an atmosphere of an airport right before Christmas. The team is also very kind and caring. I wish I knew about this place before. Thank you for your good work and keep it up!

Fast service, although early on a Saturday, with a good range of dishes. Super-friendly service, with the staff member giving our son a cookie as a treat. One thing I could recommend is for self-serve water to be available. Otherwise, great place.

Great place to meet for a catch up for breakfast meeting - next to Southern Cross station. The usual coffee club offerings, eggs, bacon and Benedict as well as muffins and slices. There is plenty of seating. The coffee is good however the service could improve - a smile goes a long way.

It was 8AM and I decided to skip my morning lecture for some self-care. Walking through Spencer St Outlet in a productive mood, I came across this cafe looking all fresh and inviting, the smell of coffee luring me in. Found a scenic seat in a corner and ordered myself a wholesome yoghurt musli with a creamy chai latte. Opened my laptop and away I went, the beginning of what was a great day.

Portion is good at least for me. Ordered big breakfast and it's good and filled my stomach. Staff were nice and friendly especially when my order was late.

It was alright. I'd give their coffee 3 out of 5. Good thing about this place is that it is inside the Spencer/DFO shopping centre and it's convenient if you want to go shopping before or after having a coffee. Area is spacious so that's a plus.

My husband and I with a couple of friends have visited this outlet several times and it just keep getting better! The food is excellent with very fresh ingredients and beautifully cooked. Easy to please our vegan friend. The staff are a delight - very efficient and helpful and all have a lovely sense of humour. They keep the cafe in fine condition, always clean and neat. But we have to make special mention of the coffee which is wonderful. We would not normally have a second cup but at The Coffee Club we do!

Coffee is ok there (not great for city standard tho). Plenty of seats and usually pretty quiet there. Average price for coffee. Not much more to say other than there r much better places for a coffee but if you're trying to catch up with somebody or to relax a little after shopping around, then it's not a bad venue.

After a train ride from Bendigo to Melbourne, I needed a good coffee. This place is in the Spencer Outlet Centre along with quite a few other cafes. I did a brief reconnaissance of them all & returned to this one as they use ceramic mugs not takeaway cups. And I could see the barista really new what she was doing. An excellent coffee full of flavour & great krema. So now refreshed & ready to go, I'm on my way to Sydney to seek out the perfect coffee.

I visited recently early on a Sunday morning and enjoyed scrambled eggs with grilled tomato and toast. The service was quick and the food very good. I also had a coffee which was hot and tasted just right for me. Staff were friendly to cap it off. Well done crew.

Our drinks came out within minutes of us choosing a table and our food not long after! Elizabeth was so lovely and attentive, I didn't realise she was training until my friend pointed it out. I come here every time I'm in Southern Cross. Food is good, coffee is great and service is awesome. During a previous visit, they mixed up my order. The manager/owner came at my table personally to apologise and refunded my meal in full. Then my order was delivered swiftly at my table and i also got a complimentary take away coffee when i left! That's how you turn a mishap into a victory and gain a new regular patron.

The (probably) owner scolded us for having to clean up after the many tables we kept switching between because of a strong urine odor maybe because of the location close to the toilets 🤷🏼‍♀️ The brunch food otherwise is surprisingly delicious for a mall and that's coming from a French person 😍

My breakfast order was served promptly. It appeared quite busy for a Friday morning. My biggest problem was a wobbly table that only moved when I was cutting my meal. Otherwise good service and I received my breakfast just the way I ordered it. No hesitation to recommend this establishment.
