Overall: 4/5 Cute cafe located on the corner of the busy intersection in Moonee Ponds. Love to come down before work to grab a coffee and absorb some positive energy from their friendly hardworking staff. Would love to try their nicely arranged pastries and sandwiches too gorgeous to ruin the window display and devour. Heard they did their chai amazing here, but it didn’t hit the spot for me. Aroma was there alright, but a bit heavy on the spices - made me choke a bit. Sweetness was just right, making it an warm cozy experience. Their soy latte, however, was perfect! I should’ve asked for no sugar, because you can tell the drink was already sweet and creamy. Perfect ratio of the bitterness yet creamy note from the coffee beans that really wakes you up, to the creaminess from the soy milk. Taste: 3.5 Value: 3.5 Ambience: 4 Service: 4.5

Small cafe with lovely and professional staff. They do serve cake and pastries as well. Their coffee are amazing on top of that, the coffee art is very impressive . I would definitely recommend to check them out if you are nearby Monee Pond.

Sometimes the world is all too loud and on Puckle Street this seems to be all you hear, just loud noises. But going to Top notch coffee, it's almost as if the world seemed quiet for once. With a lovely environment and coffee to match the name, this cafe is a delightful experience. Their pastries are pretty good too. So if your walking by and you see that cute, little cafe, why not stop by and treat yourself to some 'top notch' coffee? 😉

This cafe is run by its owner which almost always translate to good service. Their house blend uses Estate coffee bean. Consistently good coffee, this place also has sparkling water on tap free for customers. Big big big plus for me. Can get quite busy throughout the day. They carry nice salads and a wide range of pastries such as Danish, cake slices and croissants. On days when I don't feel like coffee I would go for matcha latte or chai latte. Both are quite good too.

Definitely up there as some of the best coffee in Melbourne. My partner and I have become regulars since moving to the area. Also their chai and matcha lattes are fantastic. Baristas/owners are lovely and very good at what they do, the latte art is incredible, and the service is fast. Plus a cute ambience and the food is yummy too. Zero complaints, will continue to go here as our preferred coffee shop in Moonee ponds and beyond.

Nice new venue on the corner, serving Proud Mary beans in hot, cold and cold drip varities. Also a card they punch to get a free, which can be used 4 times for a free coffee every 8th. A selection of sloces and pastries to eat in or take away (no actual sit down meals off a menu though). Parking is a challenge, but that's just the area.

Favourite place for a proper coffee. Ken’s an awesome barista, very friendly and gives excellent recommendations for milk (or no milk) blend parings. This was also the first coffee shop that introduced me to mineral water palette cleansing. Definitely a knowledgeable place with maximum friendliness.

This cafe is absolutely delightful! They offer a variety of coffee roasts/flavours which the team have given me the opportunity to try a different one each morning to find my favourite. This is the level of thoughtfulness and benchmark service that they offer. The coffee is super by the way! Always greeted with a friendly hello from Kevin and Eric. This cafe has opened recently, it's a tiny but lovely coffee shop at the corner of a busy junction in Moonee Ponds. There are some pastry as well but I haven't tried yet. Their coffee is really great, I especially like their latte, staffs are always kind and services in a timely manner. Whenever I have a chance to pass by this street, I cannot stop visiting this cafe to get a latte. My favorite in this region!

These guys and girls are real baristas. They know their craft, they are down to earth and they are extremely efficient. They often have 5+ offerings for SO espresso which is enticing but generally disastrous. In my 5-10 visits here I’ve exclusively had LB’s or espresso and it is infallible. Always on point, always delicious beans, always delivered fast. These folks knock their local competition out of the water - competition with undeservingly stellar rep’s. Do yourself a favour - skip all the other ‘specialty coffee’ joints in Moonee Ponds and visit these pros.

Had a latte and a brownie on a late Friday afternoon. The beans they use are bold, which suit my taste. Decoration with wood and green in eye-satisfying tones. Location is perfect. Background acoustic music is pretty relaxing. Only very minor negative point is that the brownie is not top notch, but I guess it’s partly because I had it late in the day. Will be back when I get to this area again.
