Coffee was great but the best part was meeting Suzy the Indonesian girl whilst she was on a work trip. In fact she is so super nice I've booked a trip to Jakarta to spend more time with her. She is so incredible that I really believe I was the luckiest man in Melbourne that day. I've always believed coffee was good for me and that was the most rewarding cup I've ever had. In fact I no longer need a morning coffee as just waking up with her on my mind is more stimulating than any coffee bean in the world.

Really nice service. Coffee and banana smoothie tasted amazing. I ordered banana bread. Staff made sure they returned a dollar to me because it was the end slice of the bread. I thought that was really thoughtful. The staff member looking after us had forgotten about the banana bread; it was burnt. In return, he gave us two slices of bread at no additional charge. Overall, really happy with the service and taste of the food. I will be coming back. :)

Large coffees are at a cheap price which you don't find often in Melbourne. The best coffee I've had, perfect temperature, creamy finish, very frothy, lovely coffee blend. Staff could be nicer but the coffee itself was at a great price and of high standard.

Serves excellent coffee quite consistently. Their breakfast options are reasonably priced and very tasty. The bacon-and-egg toasted wrap is particularly good.

Coffee is al always strong and full of flavour. I've tried many cafes in Melbourne when visiting from Sydney and always find them to be too milky and weak, but urban fox always delivers with that aromatic coffee flavour I love!

The $4 'milk lab' almond milk flat white I ordered tasted like plastic and was undrinkable, . When I asked for a replacement coffee with soy milk I was chastised by the barista for 'wasting their money'.. Don't stop here unless you are desperate for caffeine! Poor customer service.
