I do not really write reviews, but I was not expecting such a great burger at a roadhouse. If you're passing through make sure to stop and try the beef burger with the lot. The coffee is also very impressive. Will definitely be back.

For a roadside truck stop cafe, this has been a memorable one. Food was well worth the wait (cooked fresh) and the banter to go with the wait was first class. These staff members gave plenty of laughs whilst waiting a short time for our food

This was a unexpected discovery. The food was quickly prepared and tasty and nutritious. The staff were friendly and keen to please. It's basically impossible to find food this good at prices so low along the Hume Highway. The section selling knick-knacks was nice and we also purchased some items. I would recommend it to any traveller on the Hume Highway. 10 out of 10.

Whilst it appears to be your typical highway food and fuel stop don't be fooled. The food is what's expected and pricey BUT the service is worth every cent and calorie. The girls who served us where absolute legends. Just go in for the service.

Love the smashed avo on toast for breakfast when I stop here in the truck and the coffee is fantastic, very smooth not overly bitter like some places. Have stopped here a number of times for my favourite and will definitely be back. Cheers

Absolutely loved the burger with the lot. The bun was so fresh so light and fluffy, the salads also fresh and the patty was nice and juicy. One of the best burgers I have ever had and I did not expect to find it at what I was expecting to be a truck stop

Great little gift shop and cafe attached to the service station. Gift shop had lots of cute homewares, accessories, jewellery and gifts which were quite reasonably priced. I spotted some very unique Aussie themed gifts/homewares which would be perfect to send to Overseas family and friends for Christmas etc. Decent range of food and drinks available however these seemed to be a little pricier than the exact same product sold at the adjoining service station store. The only negative aspect of our visit was the lengthy queue to purchase items (my mum waited in line for 15+ minutes!) while staff members stood behind the counter chatting to each other.

What a gem of a roadside stop on the drive to the murray river from Melbourne. Decent food, prices and lots of interesting nick nacks for sale. Play ground for young ones too.

I ended up with a dairy milk coffee after we specifically asked for soy and I didn’t realise until I was 3/4 through it and experiencing seriously bad stomach cramps. When people ask for soy please give us soy :(

Just another garish fuel stop. There used to be an historic slab hut at this site called Wahring Cottage. It annoys me for no good reason that the name has been changed.

Stood waiting to be served while women was standing around talking and was then served by a rude, surely woman, food a d coffee was good the service needs a lot of attention, I'd just go to the petrol side in future for drinks and food at least the girl there knows how to smile 🙂
