Tasty cinnamon buns of different varieties. Expected something more can’t quite put my finger on it this vs Cinnabon. Cups are good Coffee is good You get what your order.

Had a hankering for some really decadent and delicious cinnamon rolls. We drove a hour to go there and it was well worth the trip! We ordered 4 different cinnamon rolls 🍓Berry Bliss 🍪Oreo\cookies and cream. 🥨Pretzel cinnabites. 🍫 Chocolate Brownie cinnabites. I have to say these are the BEST cinnamon rolls I’ve EVER tasted. I’m happy to drive 1 hour to get more. We also ordered coffees Mocha and Cappuccino ☕️ the coffee was delicious and didn’t need sugar. We also ordered strawberry milkshake to split between my 3 kids which the bought over extra cups to divide the drink into. My hubby ordered a bacon and egg bagel 🥓🍳🥯 It was absolutely delicious. I have to say I’m very impressed with the service aswell. The young girl who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable she helped me pick which Cinnamon rolls to get. Service was fast aswell. I will 100% be returning to buy more.

Have been wanting to try cinnamon buns from Cinnayum since walking by months ago. Bought a mixed 6 pack today of flavours including Biscoff, caramel popcorn, original and cookies and cream... they were absolutely delicious; the best cinnamon buns I've had in Australia. Definitely recommend visiting...you'll probably see us there buying more. 🤤

Sinfully amazing scrolls, good coffee, fast and prompt service, good pricing. As a dine in or takeaway treat it's pretty sensational. Only downside would be if you kept indulging the calories would not be kind.

I have had your Cinnabuns on multiple occasions and the only disappointing thing is when I finish it and there is no more… I did not think your food could get any better and then I had my first bagel from you guys and I was in heaven. Best bagel I have had outside the states…I am afraid to tell too many people incase you sell out before I go next time. Great gem in Joondalup and keep up the good work

The original mini cinnabum was delicious but the service wasn't friendly and the store was a mess. 3 people ahead of me did not order a coffee so unsure why the machine was dirty.. The cabinet was a mess with sauces, crumbs and had barely any items left at 1130 which is why I only got a mini original :(

First time at Cinnayum. Very good experience. Expect a smile with service (even though masks were being worn). Staff were attentive. Shoutout to Kiera for noticing me the minute I walked in and Chloe smashing out the coffees. Both the cookies and cream cinnamon roll and the coffee were great! Will be back again for more! Edit: had the biscoff scroll too

These cinnamon buns are piping hot. Located in the heart of Joondalup under the new Arthouse apartments, this little cafe has taken advantage on a lack of Northern Suburb cinnamoness. Made fresh every day, perfect for a morning treat or even buy a box and treat the office! Highly recommended!

My partner and i drove 45 minutes to come check out the hype of this place. When we arrived there were no scrolls on display but the lady told us there was more coming out the oven and to just order while we waited. We ordered 2 milkshakes, the cookies n cream scroll, biscoff scroll & the caramel cream scroll. The scrolls themselves were delicious but to us they all tasted the same. there was no significance to each of the “flavours”. plus, they were absolutely tiny?? on social media they looked like they filled the whole box. we got given 2 in the same box they were that small. The shakes were also disappointing. Just tasted like milk and syrup. no creaminess whatsoever. it was a nice treat but definitely expected more. Maybe we will give it another go if we are in the area, but wouldn’t go out of our way again.

The food is rather good, Its a pity the speed of service is so slow. It should not take 5 minutes to serve each person. Focus on serving the queue. There is no time to have a full on chat with each and every person when there is a line out the door. I understand being kind is part of business, but if no one notices the length of the queue, then your doing it wrong. Only other disappointment is the lack of seating. This venue would be 100 times more profitable if they could actually seat everyone, not to mention that everyone who was outside was having some version of this conversation. Its really sad watching 30 people outside eating from a box, knowing they would order more if the venue could supply better facilities. Especially when the looks on their faces are uncomfortable. At the end of the day ill probably go back. The product is just too good to miss. I enjoyed the selection and the coffee isn't bad. A nice little joint for couples and families, if you don't mind standing on the side of the road as you eat.

This is a small shop with limited street parking out the front, but there is ample parking in the area. The coffee is fantastic. The staff are very engaging and down to earth friendly. The service was very good. I would recommend this for a place to sit out the front and enjoy the scrumptious selection of very sweet and pleasing to the eye temptations.

Best cinnamon scroll I've ever had In perth, the biscoff scroll was on another level. And from someone who is obsessed with cinnamon scrolls it means something. Coffee was 'eh' at best but I've had much much worse. Looking forward to coming here again!
