I’ve always enjoyed my meal here especially the Rare beef Pho and I continue to be. The service is warm and friendly and the food is delicious. There is seating in the front (on the street) and a good amount in the back. It’s very busy between 12-1pm (for good reasons).

Delicious lunch menu! The Bo Kho was super tasty, and spicier than I've ever had it at other places but good. The toasted baguette was good with it too. Would also recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee!

Our first lunch in Perth. Relax ambient, many people from surrounding offices came for quick lunch. Service was quite quick, some dishes were already in display. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The food we ordered (vege pho, rice with grilled porkchop, rice with crackling pork) were actually very tasty.

This is an edited review. After a negative experience on my first visit, the owner got in touch to apologise and they hoped I'd come a second time - much appreciated! I really enjoyed the pho tai and I'm keen to try the rice paper rolls next. A great cafe with very dedicated staff. Service on both occasions was quick too!

Had lunch twice while I was visiting Perth from Japan. Very friendly staff, and the food variant is wide. They have sandwiches and lunch boxes and everything not to mention some awesome coffee too. I had Pho noodle soup and was pretty decent. Wish I had some places like this near my home town.

Very average restaurant, meals were cold, restaurant was very busy and over crowded. Im sure they do have some nice meals here and perhaps we went on a bad day but overall we weren't that impressed and wouldn't make a special trip back there.

Finest place for brekky or lunch. Just went to get lunch To Go and that green curry chicken with rice at $10, never had that delicious takeaway in my life. Staff at the counter wearing 'protect trans kid' was so polite(sorry couldn't catch the name). Other staff were also frienly. Loved this place, i would recommend 10/10.will come for brekky next time

Absolutely fantastic experience with EAST Cafe catering for our wedding ceremony. Not only DELICIOUS but the team provided prompt communication and an excellent price to fit our budget. We ordered 200 fresh spring rolls to be served at our wedding. They were able to organise pickup for Saturday morning and accommodated last minute changes. On pickup the spring rolls were presented nicely in large catering boxes with plenty of dipping sauce. These spring rolls are the BEST in Perth. They were also Gluten/Lactose free and Vegan - which suited all our guests dietary requirements. Would highly recommend their catering services. Thank you for making my day hassle free!

Great food but the customer service is pretty poor. Really rude checkout operator, even when they messed up my order there was no apology or politeness, just very passive aggressive and rude. I won't be rushing back.

Kirby makes one of the best coffees in the city. Reasonably priced and can also recommend the food for sit down and takeaway options. I walk two extra blocks just to go there.

Always friendly staff to greet you. Great coffee (I had a cappuccino today) and a wrap (the name escapes me right now) that had scrambled egg, Italian sausage, spinach and relish. OMG was delicious :) We sat in the cafe, the sun beamed through the front glass window, was a nice place to be seated on a chilli day. Will be back for sure. Thank You

Cosy cafe which is a very popular place at lunch time. They do coffee and cafe foods as well as authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Friendly service and very delicious broken pork chop rice. Pho seemed popular so will definitely be dropping by again to try other dishes.
