Michelle and the Joey Zaza's team are consistently incredible! We regularly need to order catering and the feedback is always that the food is delicious. Beyond that, the service and reliability is outstanding; even if we have to place an annoying last minute order, Michelle is ready with recommendations and alternatives for dietary requirements. Have ordered from Joey Zaza’s many times and I always get consistent and excellent quality sandwiches. The gluten bread is soft and fresh, and each sandwich is prepared with care. Customer service for corporate orders is faultless and delivery on time.

My favourite CBD sandwich joint! My personal fave is the chicken cutlet - it's zingy and fresh and not too heavy. The coffee is always on point and the team are friendly and generous. We also use their catering for office meetings, and no one walks away unhappy. The team are always happy to cater for allergies! I LOVE JOEY ZAZAS!

The sandwiches here are consistently fantastic! The razzle dazzle pork crackle is my personal favourite; a delicious adaptation of the Vietnamese Banh Mi and the pork crackle has a proper crunch to it. The staff are also super friendly and remember your name, which always makes each visit a pleasure!

I LOVE Joey Zaza’s!!! I am trying to try everything on the menu… but I can’t seem to go past their Conti roll!!!! It is so yum!!! I have never had a Conti roll that has a creamy rich taste like these, balanced out by the slight hint of the vinegar taste from the marinated Artichokes and veggies. These are my favourite Conti rolls… and I have tried a lot of Conti’s across Perth! Nonnas Meatballs are awesome too… gotta try the Razzle Dazzle Pork Crackle next! Definitely worth a visit! Oh, and try Nonnas Jam Drop biscuits too… if there are any left! 🤤🤤🤤

I was here very briefly for a mocha before a meeting next door. Service was quick. Mocha was perfect, chocolate tasted like it had a hint of mint, which was unexpected but very nice. Drink was not boiling, so I could enjoy it before my meeting. Very good.

Ordered the meatball sub and porchetta pleaza. The Pork sandwich is amaaaazing! Had to add salt to the meatballs, tasted (almost) as good as the pork after that. Impressed! Will be ordering again for sure :)
