We have decided to try a different place for breakfast each weekend . So Lincolns 102 came up in the entertainment book . Started we a great tasting and hot coffee followed by a Eggs Benedict with ham which was a generous size . Mine was the corn beef hash . So much food unfortunately we couldn't eat it all . I should of taken the rest home 😁. The cold press beetroot and carrot juice finished of a great all day breakfast. There is also a great selection of fresh made wraps, sandwiches and rolls to . And cakes 😁

Been here 3 times now and every time the food, coffee and service has been exceptional. This morning in particular the service was very friendly. Service is really up there with food and coffee as an important factor in the rating of a cafe and this place delivers. Just makes you happy to give them your business knowing that they're decent people. Will happily return.

Is this place a "hidden" gem? With a street full of cafe's, this one hides behind them all in a tiny corner surrounded by residential properties. Very happy I accidentally walked past here one day, because the place has great simple food and coffees and a chill atmosphere!

We drove there about 40 mins, as due all the reviews I was expecting something really special. Unfortunately for me it’s just an average caffe. Food is alright, I founded it a bit price for the fact that it’s not a venue with a view or any specialities. My partner had big breakfast and he said it’s quite average for the price ( he never eats anything else when we go out for breakfast so I guess he could really tell comparatives between places). I had mine avocado toast with extra salmon on side. Should admit that the portion of salmon was generous. Probably come back for coffee if I’ll be in this area again.

The staff are friendly, the place is very charming in a corner like a rustic shop house and the food is great. Egg Benedict with smoked salmon and bacon, adding mushroom and hash brown were amazing. The food came quickly despite how busy it was. The only feedback was the poached eggs need to be runny for an egg Benedict to be truly glorious as the runny egg yolk flows with the hollandaise sauce onto the toast.

Cosy little Cafe which seems to be very busy. Walked in and sat at a table right away. Ordered our meals with drinks and the meals came out quite quickly except for my coffee I didn't get that until after I finished my meal. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get all your order at once, this Cafe is not the only culprit although usually I receive it way before the meal arrives. The coffee is almost always tepid to cold, heat up the cups people! I ordered the Benedict with wilted spinach and salmon. The spinach, well it wasn't wilted just put on the plate in its natural form. I guess they were too busy to spend a few minutes to wilt the spinach.

Nice little find this. Went on Wednesday for lunch trying something new out of the entertainment book. Wife enjoyed the salmon and I had the crispy pork belly salad. Clean quiet lunch spot in a residential area. Food quality was good and the wraps and sandwiches in the display cabinet look worthwhile o try for a return visit.

Great value for money as the servings are pretty big. Was sceptical when walking in as the fridges made the food look a little old, but all was fresh and delish. Hot chocolate was yum and all came out so promptly with great service. Unexpected find and will be back 😊

Absolutely loved this little gem of a place! Came down with my fiance for breakfast and coffee and it didn't disappoint. I had the eggs Benny with bacon and my partner had the same but with halloumi! Both were winners! The coffee was great as well! Bought a kilo bag to use at home! Will be back!

One of the best breakfasts in the area, and it's available "all day" for the late starters. If you have a doggo with you, there's covered seating where you're all welcome... so don't let the weather put you off. Here again today and the food was fantastic as usual.

I used to go here years ago when I lived nearby and it was always great food in a relaxing environment. When I came back to Perth to visit we checked out Lincolns again and it was fantastic. The service was some of the best we've had whilst here and the food was perfect. The pork belly salad was delicious. I wish I'd had more space to try pretty much every cake in the cabinet :)

First time there and was so impressed with the food and decor that I will definitely go back! There was a great selection for breakfast and the portions were extremely generous. When I called Lincoln’s, to ask if my Uber driver had definitely picked up my order, they were so kind and gave me the information, so I told them I would re order anyway. I remember long ago this place used to be a small deli where as kids we used to come and play street fighter/Pac-Man on their big machine after school. How times have changed, today this well serviced café stands. Very well presented breakfast with great coffee and friendly staff. A nice peaceful area too.
