This review is for the staff, "Ploy." I got excellent services from her. Ploy is quite pleasant person and she helped me pick the best food items. It was an amazing experience with her and she totally made my day. I am goin back there again for sure. I always enjoy Pan Pacific Lobby Cafe, I think I've been there 4 times in last two weeks. Every staff person is good but Ploy is just wow!! Many thanks for the wonderful experience Ploy. You are a star!!

One of the best caramel slices I've had in Perth. A surprising find during our stay at the Pan Pacific. It was so good we got one 3 days in a row.
