Great customer service from the young lady who served me, then a different lady made the ice latte I’ve ordered and it wasn’t pleasant to drink. From experience of making a simple shot for a coffee my shots for the ice latte was so bitter/old and it had more coffee grinds than usual on the bottom, as well it had little white crumps on the bottom too. Just need to serve better quality shots, and definitely not using old/bitter shots for your customers.

Good service from Asian young man when I went in at lunchtime 17 February 2021. There were not any tuna sandwiches on rye made up so he asked if the kitchen had ingredients to make me one. They could, then after had coffee & cake special $7.85. Lovely coffee cinnamon scroll. Lovely lunch. Would recommend.

I absolutely love the service here. Always smiling, always friendly. If I have ever had a specific request for a coffee order or a food order, they have always been accomodating. The dining lounge is always in pristine condition, and always full of diners. There's a wonderful atmosphere, and it's an absolute joy to lunch here. 😊 Their Chai latte is my favourite as compared to other coffee and beverage vendors in the Westfield centre.

We just enjoyed two slices of Princess cake and two coffees at Miss Maud Innaloo. The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean and well presented, and most importantly, the cake and coffee were great! Look forward to our next visit here :)

Been here twice this week. Food was great. Coffee was really good and service was excellent. The dining area was clean and it is a very comfortable place to enjoy a drink and something to eat.

My experience s here vary a lot. Food is generalky good with large servings. The place itself needs to be looked at. I wish the staff would clean the tables more often and would set the tables as they seat you as ive sat down twice now to tables with dirty/used silverware & napkins. People have complained about not getting their food before ppl who arriced after them which I dont mind as some meals take longer to cook than others, what im not fond of is people who arrived WELL after me, having their order taken first. I was also put off a month ago when my meal was accidentally given to a ladu at another table who ordered the same thing, I knew it was mine tho as id asked for burnt bacon. I put my hand up to call the waitress over but she didnt see me. I watched as the lady looked at the food, picked bits up, placed it down, licked her fingers before touching something else and saying to her friend it wasnt her order. They called the waitress over who apologised, realised it was mine and then just put it in front of me and waljed away. I had to call her over to tell her I wanted a fresh order please as it wouldve been cold after sitting at another table for 10 minutes while the lady licked her fingers before touching everything on the plate, then she walked off in a huff as though I had done something wrong! Normallt they are pretty good but that last visit was beyond a joke with a filthy store! Crumbs all over seats, floor & tables. Noone wanting to clean the table off for you and dirty cutlery and serviettes...I shouldve almost expected 2nd hand meal to match!!
