My Machine was needing a LOT of love… general service, fixing the steaming wand and also the base section had rusted up. Basically the machine wasn’t useable. They fixed everything mechanically to good working order and also got rid of the rust and re-sprayed the base. Machine hadn’t been looking or working so good in years. Very reasonable price too.

Overall friendly service, however when I brought my machine into Segafredo Zenetti in the morning, they indicated that the deposit on the service would be used towards the purchase of a new machine, if I were to choose that. I was later to discover that the deposit was a sunk cost, however was offered a discount on a new machine if I were to trade in. Not too happy with the miscommunication, as the deposit terms and conditions were only communicated verbally prior to the transaction. However the guys seem to know their stuff & were friendly and helpful.

I visited Segafredo in North Perth today not for coffee machine but to have my Phillips Steam Generated Iron look at. The service was amazing so helpful, I was served by a wonderful young woman nothing was to much trouble. She told me it would take approximately 10 minutes wait which was fine and then I was given a delicious coffee while I waited, she then carried the iron to my car. I can’t say enough but if they are like that over an iron you would never go anywhere else for your coffee machine and accessories. Thank you so much you made my day

Ready to drop my machine in for a service but it died on me two days prior. Initial estimate (without looking at the machine) was a minimum of $300 with possible options if it was a lot more inc a new machine. As I live up north and was on limited time in Perth the crew gave me an estimated several days fix time! Got a call earlier than expected - with the price at $140: all serviced, fixed and ready to go plus a discount on some coffee cleaner – All employees were great to chat to; no hard sell; and were keen to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the service and possible options.
