It appears there are new owners compared with last time i was there about a year ago. The coffee was fine but it seemed to lack the atmosphere from previously. It may well have been the time of day that I was there.

Don't recall any homewares🤔 Some tables indoors blocked for social distancing,not sure why that is atm. Very popular at lunchtime with workers,is best option near JHC for good coffee,food options & quick service.Some good food specials listed on the board. Shortbread on the counter is my personal fave🧡

Never fails to deliver, delicious food, well presented with great service. Tucked away but worth finding is this gem. The ingredients are fresh and flavoursome and well put together. Brings us back time and time again. We tell others because we know they too will have a wonderful meal.

Delicious breakfast and great coffee!! They have good veggie and vegan options too and some cakes that are not listed on their menu. Parking can be a bit of pain though there are new carparks around joondalup, walking distance to Buttery. Great place for catch up with a friend or a brunch date.

Christmas Eve breakfast, our last one for 2016 in the buttery. As usual everything was fresh, fantastically cooked and presented. They stick to the good old adage that you eat with your eyes. Then to add to this, great coffee. Now all that is worth a 5 on its own but then you get the service. All the staff deserve a pat on the back, from taking your order at the till to the coffee makers, cooks, waitresses;waiters and pot washers. Angie and I look foward to 2017. Merry Xmas

I was dissapointed with the food we ordered, Chicken wraps, with Bacon The chicken was ,not real chicken some kind of sliced roll, and the bacon was very hard, not crispy,was disappointed at $9.50 each , I expected more, Coffee was good though, which was already consumed when we got our food. Wouldnt go back again

Had coffee and cake here last week was so yummy. Had the Baked peach & boysenberry cake it was delicious and the best coffee in Joondalup. Will be back next week, will definitely be telling everyone about this hidden gem.
