Great place for a business catchup over coffee. Not too busy or noisy.

Service was gd because it was relatively quiet. During peak times service was not always gd. It solely depends on whether the person behind the register was in a good mood and could be bothered to greet you with a smile. The quality of the food is a hit and miss. I have been during peak hours where the chef is overwhelmed with the volume of orders ans produces tasteless food. I would have to be drowning my food with pepper and salt to boost its otherwise blend flavour. Other times it would taste alright. I had an unpleasant experience of having to get a new cup for my tea because it had a lipstick mark on it. Yuck!! The manager gave me a clean cup and apologised.

a regular for morning coffee and sometimes breakfast, this place is really big with lovely comfortable seating, plenty of room inside or outside. David runs a really good franchise and is always very nice to his loyal customers, the staff are always friendly and eager to help. This location is generally open on public holidays so thanks for that as some of us have to work.

Well lit CBD cafe. Would be well suited to meetings with workmates or other business type visits. Not very "cozy" for casual meets, felt a bit sterile but I am probably not the target demographic here. Lots of power points everywhere. Very well suited to doing work or study on your laptop. Our coffees and cold drinks were nice, but even though on this Saturday morning it wasn't busy and we were sitting right there, the drinks were neither called out nor brought out to us.

Little disappointed Order a made to like breakfast, when it came I was missing my hash brown. Went to the counter to ask for it and the person serving was making it sound like I didn't ask for it. Once he then printed out the receipt realised it was a mistake on there end. Was disappointed in the customer service

Conveniently located opposite the Pan Pacific and Novotel hotels, it makes for a great breakfast location for visitors like myself. The store is clean, helpful service, and consistent food for the Coffee Club franchise. I had breakfast a few times with a drink, and there was nothing negative to note.

Great place and staff. We rocked up just before close and were cheerfully greeted. They still cooked meals for us even though we said happy to go elsewhere seems they were due to close. Food was yummy and my coffee was really good.

Nobody came to clean our table when we arrived this morning so we moved the dirty plates to the servery area as staff were busy. The extremely rude 'chef' abruptly yelled at me... "no no no, you no put plates here, take them away, this is fur food, put them on table, go!" I responded, in the same rude way he spoke to me, that I will not put them on the table as nobody has come to clear the table and there were no empty tables. So I took them to the cashier area where a much more polite female staff cleared them away. There is absolutely no reason and no excuse to yell at a customer when I was only trying to help. Get some manners... you're not Gordon friggin Ramsay.

Had an almond milk flat white here. Pretty watery and average. I know getting it right is an art that a lot of cafes like Open Plan and Castro do really well. For a big franchise that charge a lot more than the smaller players I would have expected more.

Nice place to have a good breakfast. Good choice of healthy and delicious stuff as well as traditional breakfast options. Their ciabatta bread is amazing!! Kind and helpful stuff, fast service. Maybe a bit overpriced but still ok.

Their coffee frappe is great, their breakfast is great too, but service is not that great at all and apparently they don't have a branch manager, as they have surprisingly stopped taking orders at 2:15 PM when they are supposedly closing at 3:00 PM on Sunday !!
