Best coffee in the area in my opinion. Delicious baked goods including house made banana bread and NSS cinnamon scrolls.

Amazing little coffee shop with plenty of seating out the back. Coffee is the best in the area. Food options are seriously good as well. The concept store has a lot of interesting and constantly changing options, mostly associated with everything coffee with a hipster twist. The earthenware keep cups really grabbed my attention and I couldn't go past picking one up.

Great coffee, friendly folk and tasty baked goods. What more do you need? A sassy gift selection perhaps... check! A lovely space with uplifting ceilings, terrazzo benchtops, and plenty of chill vibes that lead to lingering. Another coffee please!

A nice little place with friendly staff but a long wait for coffee (and mine wasn't very hot but my friend's was). Enough selection of pastries and treats but the usual coffee shop quality. A few seats in the front but it's more suited to takeaway, more seating through the back but didn't check it out. A couple of tables out on the pavement but that can be a bit noisy. A few nice pieces of kitchenware for sale. No toilets.

Consistently great coffee, awesome team working at TTS, and great variety of produce and baked goods! Went here almost every second day while at uni, and still come back when I'm in the area. Can't go past Tenth State!

Amazing coffee close to Uni. They moved premises recently - I must admit I loved the previous premises better, with their sweet spot up the stairs. Having said that, the new premises two doors down are lovely and bright. Love the staff. Can't wait to come back!

Best place for coffee near UWA! Forget the on campus coffee and come here instead. Nice bagels also. Would recommend the chicken or breakfast bagel. Really aesthetic interior decoration.

A chance discovery off the highway. Only noticed it because of the cyclists seated out the front. It's not quite sure if it wants to be a cafe or a giftware shop, but does both pretty well - especially on the espresso front. Woman who served us was super cheery and welcoming. The grumpy barista could learn a thing or too from her about customer experience.

One of the very VERY few coffee specialists in Crawley, Nedlands and Dalkeith. They've some very tasty and healthy gourmet food.
