One of the best coffees I have had for a long time. All milks available too. Located just in a little arcade off Hay St.

Amazing coffee. Ticked all boxes for me. Highlights of my latest visit: 1. Fresh beans; 2. Right dosage and tamping for a single shot; 3. Right milk/espresso ratio; you can taste both perfectly without one overpowering the other; 4. Milk temperature: spot on, away from the hot spectrum. Hot milk can take away the natural sweetenes in the milk. The barista at the Wolf got it right. Not hot, not warm either, just the perfect spot. 5. Milk texture: perfect. I ordered a flat white. They got proper texture for a flat white, unlike some coffee shops which texture standard lattle milk for all beverages; 6. Lattle art: a beautiful rosetta with the proper amount of contrast; 7. Taste on 10 out of 10 scale: 10! 8. Costumer service: superb. Keep up the good work, guys.

The trademark difference between The Wolf The Bean The Walnut and other cafes in Perth is the ready to go healthy whole food options that it offers! Great coffees are a certainty, but throw in sweet potato wraps, freshly squeezed juices and a range of other raw or paleo options and you'll be bouncing around with the same energy as the funky beats the place always rolls out.
