Lovely authentic German food, so tasty! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had Schnitzel with German potato salad, Leberkase and Spätzle! Just a fantastic taste of Germany in Perth.

A lovely and cosy cafe serving authentic German fare. Was introduced there by my Colleague who knows Germany very well, and their lunch was always delicious and generous whenever we decided to give our a little lunch treat. The owner Jochem and his lovely wife Maria Luise ran the shop well. It’s a little hidden gem for those who love German bratwurst and schnitzel.

Really nice quaint hole in the wall cafe. Managed by a German gentleman that specializes in German food. The coffee is consistently good - strong without bitterness. The Reuben sandwich is really good. Corned beef + cheese+ stuffed with Sauerkraut. Hospitable service. Worth seeking out.

This German Cafe provides great food and coffee. It is run by a German gentleman and his Australian wife, who are very friendly and get to know their customers. During the covid-19 pandemic they started providing a different international dish per day to take away and heat up for lunch or dinner. These are delicious and provided some great variety to my meals while in lockdown!

Amazing tiny cafe! If you wanna get the experience of real german food and atmosphere than this cafe is the place to go. The food is really delicious and the prices are reasonable. The owner is German and he makes all the dishes by himself so they are all fresh and homemade. You feel very welcome even when you be there for the first time.

The staffs at the Cafe is very friendly. I was recommended to come and try the Ruben sandwich. It's very good! The cafe itself has limited sitting. You might have to book if you want to sit in during lunchtime. It's a small German cafe I will try their other items on the menu.

Unique place. Firstly, it's tiny. Two 2-person tables, and one table that fits 3 comfortably or 4 if you don't mind being cozy. So reserve a table if you want a guaranteed seat. The food - we couldn't fault it. Perfect schnitzel, tasty currywurst, mashed potato was so good, I even enjoyed the sauerkraut (it's not usually my thing), and the fresh warm roll was ideal for mopping up the extra curry sauce. Good coffee too. Great service and general banter was the icing on the cake, which is good because we were both too full to try the actual dessert. Hopefully next time. Surprisingly varied menu for a tiny place. Give this place a try - I reckon it's a gem. || Notes from our return visit: glad we had room this time for dessert because the apple slice was so good, and secondly, the 'Farmers Lunch' (I think that's what it was called) was a revelation. Fleischsalat (sausage salad) is deee-licious. Finally, if you aren't sure about German food in general, Jochen - the owner - is very willing to guide you through the menu options. He's a great host.

The food is just pure excellent, the schitnzel is tip top, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. German coffee was really amazing too, first sip blew me away. The owner of the cafe has so much energy and amazing pick up lines which makes it more humourous. Lively ambience creating a really cosy dining place even though it's pretty small that limits the number of people. Definitely recommend this place both for coffee and food and they have Rewardle points which is a bonus.
