Comments of Williams Woolshed

We stopped here on the way to Albany and on the way back, along with many others getting away during the Christmas holidays. Despite being so busy the food was delivered quickly and they also have an online menu so you can order without having to line up. We ordered a burger, a regular sandwich, fish and a brisket reuben sandwich - the burger, sandwich and fish were all nice but the brisket Reuben was a bit dry. I’m sure the kitchen staff had their work cut out for them over this busy period though! There are nice facilities, including a lawn and sand pit for the kids, so it’s a great place to stop for lunch.
R. P.
Very enjoyable lunch and next time I will tap and order my meal! The Thai Beef Salad was delicious and filling. They have vegetarian option like vegetarian burgers and a vegetable slice. Good service and friendly, helpful staff.

We enjoyed the pies and sausage rolls from the ww cafe. Their service is quick. Have lots of seating area and clean toilets. A few shops to look around in the building and I'm glad we stopped by this place to stretch our legs.
N. N.
Woolshed heaps of fun, stocked up on honey and filled up on Reuben, Cuban sandwiches and home made pies/sausage rolls. Large delicious serves, prompt service and coffees in giant mugs. Perfect for stop, sunshine and leg stretch. Big sandpit at rear great for dogs and kids #petfriendly

It's hard to find a place to have a decent lunch when one is on a roadtrip. Today I found one!
D. S.
Absolutely remarkable dining experience. Food was beautiful, coffee was great, gift shop has a lot of variety and unique gifts exclusive to Williams and its history. The staff were awesome and so friendly! Will definitely be returning!
P. S.
Great place to stop before heading south... Nice food, wonderful service 👍
J. B.
Don't eat here!!!!! Actually do, but be warned they have ruined toast for me forever! I had the shearers breakfast, minus spinach and mushrooms.
It was great, nicely presented and cooked, the eggs had just the right amount of run, very important, the sausage could have been browned more, but was super tasty, the toms had a bit too much seasoning for the time of day, but again super tasty.
Now on to the toast, I don't know what the hell was going on here, but I loved it! The crust was AMAZINg, the right amount of chew, but it also kinda disintegrated in your mouth, kinda like meringue 🤷♂️ I don't know what is was, but I want it for breakfast everyday! A solid 8.78 out of 10!

Great coffee! An excellent business model.
Lamb and rosemary pie was the hangover cure I was looking for. Easily top 3 pies in WA. Perfect place for a comfort stop on a south West adventure
S. T.
A well-known “stop along the way” to Albany and the Great Southern, but with mixed quality in food*.
Happy to recommend the pies and pastries, which are a good pick!
*The bread on my open sandwich could have been better, and others on the table weren’t as satisfied with their burgers.
e. m.
Can't be better in a remote town. Really good food. Large seating areas. Easy to access. Best choice on the way to Albany.
J. R.
This place still going strong after 20 years. Nice food, great coffee. I had a frittata and salad 🥗. The retail sections are awesome and I managed to buy a button up poncho I have been chasing to ages, NZ possum and wool.
M. B.
Repeat customer. The food is always good. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great! The woolshed museum out the back is really interesting too. My husband and I love browsing the shops for local or Australian Made products and usually leave with at least a jar of jam for our collection.
S. C.
Perfect place for stopover on the way down south from Perth and easily one of the best breakfasts in the South West.
s.
Great sandwiches! I love their fish n chips , crunchy but not oily, fresh salad on the side, so delicious. Friendly staffs. If you travel down south must stop for lunch!
S. W.
A very much needed stopover on the Albany Highway at Williams. Unfortunately, it is not particularly cool inside as minimal airconditioning plus a couple of ceiling fans - insufficient for the size of building.
Food etc pretty varied, both hot and cold available. Kitchen closes at 3 but drinks and cakes etc available until 4. Drive through drinks available until 2pm.
w. m.
Always my go-to destination on the way to and from Albany. Today I tried fresh (chicken) sandwich and extremely impressed by the taste, the size and the price. Loveee the fresh, soft, fluffy bread. Also great collection of jams, honey, chutneys etc. Definitely a favourite!
P. I. F.
It’s full of people here. Great half way point on the way to Albany from Perth for us.
Skip the vanilla milkshakes, they just taste like milk and syrup. Waaauyyy to much syrup, or not enough milk, no ice cream ... they are sickly sweet, the syrup just coats your tongue.
The Turkey Melt certainly looked the part.. I wouldn’t order it again. Too spicy for me, even with a vanilla syrup coated tongue. I might try the Philly Strak burger next time. Oh... and the ‘chips’ that cone with the meal... just a handful of Red Rock chips.
G. A.
Stopped here in may way back to Perth from Bluff Knoll. Great place to have breakfast and coffee. You get a few small shops where you can get some goodies for the family. Great environment inside and the bathrooms are super clean.
E. C.
Great spot to stop, for a coffee and a bite to eat. Gluten free options available and a variety to choose from. Not far from here is a great playground too
R. D.
Great place to stop on your way to Albany. Williams is the first major town after Armadale so by the time you get here you need somewhere to rest and this is the place to do it. Good coffee, decent food and a playground for the kids makes this a welcomes rest stop. Highly recommend the sausage rolls.
Z. G.
Great coffee and service with interesting shops to explore.
R. B.
Always stop through here on our way south. Great coffee and insanely good hot pies 😋🤌 worth a visit!
L. R.
Good place to stop and get a good meal. Plenty to look at it. Stores are selling high quality Australian wool items etc. Art on the walls is available for purchase. Big dining area.
M. C.
Great facilities, plenty of space and oarkint. Good range of eats and the handful of shops inside sell food quality stuff! Definitely pop out the back and check out the museum!
A. N.
Great historical place with lots to learn. Cafe inside with great food at reasonable prices, chicken and leek pie is a must try😉. Souvenir/clothing shop in the same complex. A must visit!
B. &. R. M.
Excellent.
Great food and friendly service by staff.
Well with the stop to enjoy lunch.
T.
Great place, friendly staff and grabbed some food and a drink, I got a pie and it was in my Top 3 best pies I have had. Absolutely delicious
K. C.
Amazing food here serves are huge quality is great got some really cute uggs too in gift shop.
W. B.
Great food, wonderful service. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because it doesn't do fresh juices and limited salad options.
R. T.
Very nice sandwiches and burgers. Also a great shop selling woolies and leather products
S. S.
Perfect place to stop and refresh during Perth Albany trip. Very clean and tidy place. Good selection of break fast and lunch menu
B. C.
Great range of stuff, Not many vegan options.
T. H.
Great place to stop in Williams, historic, rustic and an excellent place to stop and recharge with great food and coffee. Plus there are a number of stores selling entry of local produce and goods
N. G.
Not too bad to stop at for a quick break on a road trip. A few stores inside to check out and a cafè which is usually busy with a line. Not a whole lot else to do but good for a quick little pit-stop.
D. H.
Stopped in for breakfast on way home to Albany. Had the shearer's breakfast plus a pot of tea. Recommend if you like a big breakfast impressed.
4. a. C. W. A.
Great place to stop and have a break, the cafe was super busy but all the food and drinks were made quickly and the sausage rolls and pies were amazing!
J. H.
I frequently drive the Albany - Perth route, if I'm not pressed for time.. i will strategize my errans when and where I will eat. Too the point if I need too rest my eyes on the way up, I park under a tree, count sheep until the woolshed opens.
Greeted there with a terrific cup of HOT coffee. Regardless of the hour I can order a lunch meal with FRESH SALAD!!!!
The food is FRESH, tasty the salad "unbelievable' it has variety is colorful, served in abundance... it is soooo good, I order this in the morning.. excellent for health nuts or those just wanting to eat good.
This food is bang-for-buck healthy, and fresh. I would rather eat at the wool shed then at any cafe in Perth/Mt barker
Eat here for breakfast you can miss lunch.. or eat lunch and skip dinner...
Well done wool shed and all staff, 5 hats off to you all
Thanks for your time
'J'
B.
Great place to stop on your way through town. It's getting very busy though, even at quieter times of the year. The cafe inside has been done well, though they really could do with a second till. There's seating outside with a little grassed area which is great for those travelling with their dogs (or kids). The retail stores inside are fun too, though a little pricey but for good reason given the quality of the items.
B. H.
Had the beef salad. It was great.
The venue is really nice staff friendly. We'll worth a stop and great way to break up the drive between Perth and Albany
A. v. S.
Being the major place to stop on a drive to Albany there’s always a line here, but it moves pretty fast, don’t be put off; sustenance is not long away
B. H.
Very busy. Arrived around lunch and the eatery was jammed on a Sunday. Locals and tourists alike.
Hoped to shop a bargain.... but sadly the quality of goods was out of our range. So, back on the road with atleast a full tummy.
F. F.
Great café with the best steak pies ever. Coffee is also good, as is the service. Open from 8 until 4 with drive through coffee available even earlier. Plus a number of boutique shops in the complex for all those liitle take home presents that you always need. A great short stop in Williams. Definitely recommended.
E. J.
We usually stop here for coffee or lunch on our way to Albany. Coffee is always excellent and food is good
T. A.
Delicious scones with jam & cream. Quick friendly service
S. W.
Friendly staff. Very clean and food delicious. Can definitely recommend the Ice coffee with ice cream and cream.
R. L.
Fast friendly service. Lots of sheepy things to buy. A great break when driving the Albany highway
j. h.
Great place to stop on the way to and from the Great Southern region. Interesting shops and good food.
J. W.

K. E. F.
Wow our breakfast is amazing super delicious great value. Highly recommended
S. C.
Very busy but food came quickly. Has become our regular lunch stop when travelling south.
R. D.
Came in and sat down on a table and ordered food using the scan option (me n u) available on the table. Obviously there ordering systems weren't integrated and our order wasn't filled until we asked 25mins later where our food was. FAIL
R. t. S.
Fabulously huge range of locally (plus other) made woollen and non-wool quality clothing and undergarments for all body types, gender and ages, although be prepared to spend a tidy amount of dollars. Think smart country-style meets elegant. There's also a drive through cafe with a good menu for a pitstop. A must. I shall return.
R. H.
So much to see, but my budget won't allow for their prices.
Food was great🙂
J. B.
The best spot authentic Ruben and Cuban sandwiches and pretty much something for everyone. History of the woolshed a sandpit for kids to play and little shops with the nicest things!! And good coffee worth a stop even if it looks busy there is plenty of room!!
A. E.
Stopped at Williams Woolshed on the way from Bremer Bay to Perth. Great food, great value, clean facilities and friendly staff despite it being very busy.
S. B.
Excellent venue. Food made fresh, high quality ingredients, good value. Coffee is better than most on the drive to Albany.
Retail outlet is expensive but all items are such that you would expect no less - for the softest, loveliest Merino, Possum blend shawl I was prepared to pay the asking price.
High quality establishment on all fronts - making the stop in Williams a great experience. Will include in my schedule for every trip south.
R. D.
Travelled 30ks for Breakfast here on our way to Collie. My Bacon & Eggs on toast were perfect! As was my wife's poached eggs & our coffee. The decor, and products sold here are awesome, and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and courteous.
A. T.
Very popular stop off point on the Albany Highway. We had the locally in-house made pies. I really recommend their pies. We were all very happy with our selection. Our long black coffees were also good. I specifically stopped there again on our return trip to have another pie it was that good. I can't comment on anything else as that was all we had.
E. C.
Great food and service, would recommend
C. K.
Great staff and great gluten free options! Their pies haven't been an issue for my coeliac partner.
M. M. D.
Jayne , Joshua and I stopped here for a breakfast break on our way down to Albany on Friday. Wow what a great experience. The restaurant was busy and we waited a while. No problem the breakfast was a hearty one. My plate was not dripping with oil, and everything on that plate was yummy and well prepared. Then I went into the shop. What a great selection of locally made wares. A little expensive. Otherwise a lovely experience, a great breakfast we will be back.
M. E.
Cafe and shop have gone from strength to strength over the years. Take a break from the trip to have some homemade food (sausage rolls are a fave), and check out the various quality wool clothes available for sale.
S. F.
Great ideas for gifts. Lots of local products. Coffee and food great.
H. L.
Very comfortable place to sit down and have some food here.
Take a bit rest then keep going on the road.
S. W.
Coffee and awesome crafts

Repeat customer heare. Once again the food was fantastic! My wife had the veggie stack and I had a wonderful pulled beef pie 🥧. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Drove in from Armadale to get some breakfast and get the wife some Australian made wool slippers. I highly recommend the place to anyone driving by, there is lots to see hear if you pop in you won't be disappointed 😃
g. “.
Top place to stop for a snack or shop for touristy items... plus the cleanest toilets along Albany highway.
A. F. E.

P. T.
Very busy, we decided not to get in the 10 metre queue to get a coffee
S. F.
Great coffee, nice shop for a nosey
W. L.
Good for trip break. The coffee is good. Need waiting for a long time at the lunch time. Better just buy sausage rolls and pies.
a. a.
spacious cafe. satisfied with the food we ordered fish and chips and nachos
L. C.
Love the place. Love the food and drinks - great variety! Clean and spacious and good service, but on our two visits we felt the service givers were too abrupt and rushed us, even though the second visit was at a quiet time. I'm sure they had excuses but they could give friendlier service with a ready smile. Otherwise, no complaints. 😊
I. R.
Wowsers this place is expensive, I've never paid $13.50 for 200g of white chocolate freckles before and don't really want to ever again. They tasted okay, nothing special.
The pie and coffee was pretty good but everything seems a tad premium and not sure it's worth it. It was very busy so others must disagree.
H. W.
Friendly service, everything we had was amazing, pies, coffee, muffins and hot breakfast. I don't mind paying the 10% public holiday surcharge for top quality service and food. Will definitely be making this my new snack stop on the commute to Albany
J. S.
I recently ordered three items from the Woolshed. I was contacted because they had run out of jumpers in my size. Luckily they had a size that fitted me.
My parcel arrived via Express Post 2 days later! I opened it and there was the most beautiful scent. Included in my parcel was a scented item to keep moths at bay, and, all items were in a bag which zipped up to keep moths at bay.
Excellent service, from start to finish. Thank you!
V. B.
Good place to stop on our way through. Nice things made locally to buy
L. A.
Yummy hot pies, including gluten free. Bit expensive but worth it.
S. Z. F.
Amazing steak sandwich!!! Friendly staff and nice place for a visit.
A. D.
Amazing value. The steak and blue cheese pie was unbelievable. Such good serving sizes and so reasonably priced.
Glad we drove a bit further on our journey and stopped here instead of trying to find somewhere in Kojinup.
P. W.
There is a drive through coffee place at the Williams wool shed. I stopped for a coffee on my way to Mount Barker. They make a really good coffee and they have a wonderful selection of gourmet pies and other food for the weary Traveler.
R. L.
An excellent càfe this morning.
Just what I needed as I was up at 3.30am to drive to Perth
A.
Great lunch stop on the way to Albany. Decent coffee. Sausage roll and beef burger are great with nice fries. Need to be patient for food to be served when it gets busy but service staff is fine. Recommended stop.
M. H.
A very interesting place to have a break, get something to eat and do a little shopping
a. p.
Beautiful local products to buy. Friendly staff and nice Cafe inside. Drive through coffee too! Would definitely stop here again.
J. W.

P. T.
Great coffee and a quick bite to eat, you may even find a beautiful woolen garment to buy😃
L. M.
Food in the cafe was as expected, great. Worth the wait on a busy Sunday. A little disappointed that there were not many local products for sale in the shop.
K. P.
Great place to stop over for Coffee and bio-break.

Always a pleasant stop midway to Albany...extremely busy for a Monday but staff coped well and most travellers happy to wait a while for good food. We will continue to drop in each time we travel south
L. l.
It was crazy busy when when stopped for coffee and almost walked out when we saw the queue. Glad we didn't, their team works like a well oiled machine and we had our coffee in 10 minutes. Great coffee too!
P. H.
Great place, excellent service
m. j.
Great place to stop revive good food a bit pricey but worth it. Great service by staff
T. C.
Good stop halfway Perth to Albany. Good lunch options
T. W.
Very popular and busy place.
Nice shop as well. Find it strange that u get 10% off if u shop on line. Plus free postage. But can't get it in store when your passing. Majority of customers are travellers.
A. A.
Great place to have a pie, meal or coffee. Don't be scared by the queue - it doesn't take long to place the order.
l. W.

J. D.
Beautiful food.

G. C.
You'll rue the day you get coffee elsewhere in Williams.
S. W.
Great for coffee & cake stopover
S. P.
Probably great for some. I didn't seem to be able to get anything to work...covid app, hand dryer or hand sanitiser pump. So I went to the Killer Beans Coffee van man and had the best coffee I can remember. After that the Eagles won. It's all ok after all.
L. I.
Great little place. The cafe sells the best gluten free pies I have ever tasted. The boutique shops also have lots of interesting items. I bought a great leather hat that actually fitted me (rare) for $60 at one of the shops. Great value.
K. P.
Great place to break up the drive to Albany. Lots of gluten free food choices, friendly service and reasonably priced. Small 'shoplets' inside the Woolshed selling Aussie made Emu boots, pottery and wool items. Worth a visit.
G. C.
We stopped by on Saturday and to our surprise they had gluten free pies. My wife was blown away with how good they are was the best she had ever had! And the standard pie I had was the best I've ever had! Great little place to stop week definitely will be back once travel restrictions are lifted 😃
B. J.
Lots of products from all over the South west. Cafe was bustling, menu looked great but I only had coffee, that was good though. Nice place to break the trip and stretch the legs.
A. J.
Better than expected. There was quite a line to order the food. However, the service was surprisingly quick once the order was placed (the staff were helpful and friendly too). The food portion were massive and tasty, really worth the price.
D. S.
Always super busy, but is a great little spot for a lunch on the way to a destination or a drivethrpugh coffee. Friendly staff also..menu pretty decent too.
J.
Gorgeous place in what seems to be the middle of nowhere.
You’ll find the absolute best sausage rolls here, as well as delicious scones served with jam and cream.
Drove down for lunch and was not disappointed. Highly recommend this place for anyone on the way to Albany from Perth.
D. H.
There is a Cafe with lovely food and coffee, if you are into woollen goods, this is a must stop, they also sell leather hats and shoes, soaps and perfume s etc. Just little over an hours travel from Perth.
E.
Amazing atmosphere, great food with awesome prices. Staff are all friendly and professional. Great place to go to when visiting the town of Williams.

Great food. Excellent place to stop, eat and buy some memorabilia. Highly recommended.
A. “. T.
Great place to stop. Free Tesla charge, lots of
gluten free options. Lots of choice and great shopping!!
T. W.
Very popular and busy place.
Nice shop as well. Find it strange that u get 10% off if u shop on line. Plus free postage. But can't get it in store when your passing. Majority of customers are travellers.
J. B.
Great stop off with great staff
B. A.
A cleverly set up store at a small country town providing coffee fix and delicious food at reasonable prices. While waiting for food and drinks, there are plenty of locally made products and Australian made goods within the shed to be purchased or browsed. It was a nice experience in that stretch of rather boring road.
F. H.
Dropped in late in the day but they were still serving. The beef burger and chips were great. Loved the warm spinach & cheese muffins. Staff were friendly, polite & efficient. Service was fast.
H. B.
Stopped into the Wool Shed for my regular coffee as I was heading down South. Was able to purchase a lovely hundred percent leather local belt for myself. Great service from Sara who was a treasure to deal with... Highly recommend dropping in on your way down Albany Highway.
K. S.
I really love stopping here to browse the boutique shops - I never leave empty handed.
The food & coffees are very yummy also with a wide range to choose from. It also has a small kids corner inside, plus an outdoor area to eat & enjoy the sun. There also a couple of old shearing sheds set up to explore too
J. M.
The drive through coffee on the southern side is great. It now roasts and grinds its own coffee.
D. M.
I love this place. Food was amazing and little shops to buy some presents
L. T.
Excellent establishment, relaxing environment, great food , great coffee, great people.
S. W.
Great food. Excellent place to stop, eat and buy some memorabilia. Highly recommended.
S. d.
Great coffee. They had run out of soup so I ordered a toastie. They then came out with a free bowl of the last of the soup, well over a half serve, so I "at least got a taste". Awesome, friendly service.
H. N.
Plenty of parking, good food. Great local products among items for sale at the shop.
E. M.
Called in for a coffee, take away. Not happy, poor flavour and warm only. Did not drink it. Service was fine and surroundings interesting, just expect better coffee.
T. W.
Love this place. Great food. Some veggie options.
R. S.
Stopped here twice on the way to Albany and back. I gave it 4 stars but for a stopover place the experience is really five stars - the place is clean, the food is good, and the staff if very friendly.
D. S.
I loved how the interior was set up. We had to make a stop on our way to Albany, and to have coffee. The toilets were very very clean and the coffee, one of the best I ever had. I would like to try their food or dessert. Hopefully we will have time for that on our way back to Perth ;)
A. E.
Perfect place to stop on the way down south. Maybe a bit pricey depending on what you order but the food and drink is good!
l. k.
Loved it. Friendly service and good food and coffee.
B. F.
We had a great breakfast on a busy public holiday. No wait to be served and the breakfast was unreal. We’ve been driving past this place for years because we alway traveled with the dogs. I was pleasantly surprised to see an outdoor area with seating for the cafe and its dog friendly! This will be a must stop from now on.
M. N. (.
Very friendly and efficient staff, good quality food, very reasonable prices. The savory cheese, spinning and poppyseed muffins are very good, and kids loved the beef burgers. A welcome stop on the long drive from Perth to Albany.
j. m.
Friendly staff, excellent coffee and a wide variety of items to buy.
Great place to stop on a long country trip
D. W.
Always busy. Service is usually slow but the food itself is good. It's my usual stop over on the way to Albany. Nice little shops in the woolshed too.
T. T.
Pies are brilliant but don't get the chai latte.
V. C.
Brought a bacon 🥓 and egg 🥚 sandwich takeaway. Was very impressed with service and sandwich was yum. It was worth the money 💸
S. S.
Quick service, nice mocca and long black. Clean comfortable and not to noisy. If you have time plenty of time there are 6 shops to look though with quality merchandise you may no t have seen. Indoors and out doors seating. A large variety of food made on the premises. Plenty of parking. Toilets are ok.
H. S.
A welcome sight when travelling between Perth and Albany we stop off here every time to break the journey and have yet to be disappointed.
Coffee and scones were great and it is nice to have a browse around the craft stalls.
Ample parking. Toilets clean.
J. A.
Great food and coffee, great service despite being very busy, even to the point of helping sort out our order once it had been served after I'd left one item off. Top job.
B. D.
Loved the hell out of this place! After a couple hundred kilometres in the car the Woolshed was a welcome oasis that provided great food, plenty to look at and clean, functional toilets. If I could time it well enough, I would stop in here every trip just for the outstanding muffins they sell.
A. O.
Great food and atmosphere.
A. B.
Quite busy, line moves decently fast. Always an essential stop on the way to Albany. Coffee can be a bit bitter. Clean toilets.
J. S.
Lovely place to grab a coffee, or stay a bit longer and have some lunch. Hard to walk out without taking a look at the excellent range of products for sale. There's everything from shoes to kitchenware.
M. v. d. V.
Excellent food, prompt friendly service and lots of gluten free options. Nice town too. Well worth stopping by
L. P.
A surprisingly upmarket gourmet menu with great coffee. The local produce is an added bonus in the well set out area.
Really appreciate the free rainwater in a small tank inside.
S. W.
Wonderful place to break a road trip. Great coffee. Delicious food. Bought some Australian made Ugg boots.
L. W.
Cool spot to visit for a hot tea & soup! I purchased a lovely woollen jumper as well...reminded me of NZ shearing townships
L. M.
Love this place. It's a great stopping off to take a break from driving.
Great cheap food.
V. Y.
We had been there a few time during our camping trip to south of Western Australia. Stopover for refueling and coffee break at William town. Very busy this time during school holiday.
J. H.
Cafe staff were friendly and welcoming and my chai was lovely. Unfortunately the locals in the Cafe at the time weren't so much. I needed a high chair which happened to be behind a table of people and not a single offer of help as I struggled with baby in one arm and heavy wooden high chair in the other whilst trying not to knock them or the surrounding sculptures with the chair.
A. B.
Very busy great stop on a road trip
A. “. T.
Great place to stop. Free Tesla charge, lots of
gluten free options. Lots of choice and great shopping!!
E. F.
Best lunch stop between Perth and Albany! Our dog was allowed at the tables outside. Only issue was we had to compete with the flies! Meals are generous sized serves. Gift shops have an excellent range of locally made, great quality products
B. S.
This place is great spot to stop for a quick coffee or a tasty meal, even just to get that Williams souvenir.
Highly recommend you stop in
B. R.
Every time we go to Perth stopping here is always top class. The food is boutique restaurant quality and lots of choice, seating clean and enough of. Staff are helpful and friendly. WC's are clean. All small specialty shops sell first class items for tourists and locals alike. Well done😀

First day young man was very, very pleasant and helpful. 5 stars for him. Second Day female staff very slow to acknowledge us in fact it seemed they did everything to ignore us. Asked for sugar in coffee and when we got back to van there was no sugar. Happy to see they use good soy though.
N. G.
Best pies I've tasted in WA.
Awesome service, well priced and had to stock up on the pies for our holiday.
If you miss this stop you're wasting your time and money for less superior food along the way
D. C.
Very busy got food pretty quickly breaky wrap excellent.
J. D.
Love the place.
Good food.
Good coffee (except when .... oh, that's another story.)

Popular stop for travellers. Has had lots of changes and is improving. Coffee and food limited but good . Retail shopping has high quality products and the range has improved.
J. P. (.
Food and service was very good and the kids loved the sandpit play area at the back. Lovely outdoor area and a perfect place to stop after a long drive from Albany.
H.
Recently discovered this place. The cafe is huge, coffee good. Food looked good but I was only there for coffee. Different shops there as well, including a shoe shop that sells Rollies. Touristy stuff too. Way better than stopping at the servos!
N. L.
Great food and coffee, friendly service, bright and airy place with wool memorabilia and shopping.
N. D.
Good stop over for a coffee, Tesla charging stations on site
D. H.
A better pie you will not get..

Such a cute place! I'd never been here or heard about it but loved the concept (in the middle of nowhere) of all different shops to buy local wares. Food looked nice but didn't eat. Would definitely go back!

M. S. (.
Absolutely love this bakery/restaurant. We always stop here on our way to Lake Towerining. Although a little pricey at $7 a pie, the food is fresh and delicious. The steak and mushroom pie and BLAT wrap toasted are delish. My dirty chai latte wasn't the best but it was busy so they are forgiven
P. &. L. T.
Very popular, often crowded
c. f.
They do a great Greek salad
P. J.
Amazing find. Great stop off on way to Albany. Food was great and bought a fabulous wool cardigan for myself and wine as a gift. Loved everything about this place. Only 90 min from Armadale its even worth a daytrip !!
P. L.
Perfect place to stop and have a bite to eat on the way south. Love the home made sausage rolls and pies especially!
A. H.
Don't believe the sign, coffee is average at best.
Pricey tourist trap.
L. H.
Had a very yummy Chicken Pie from the cafe and almost spend a whole months wages in the shop! Always recommend a stop in here on your way down the Albany highway.
C. F.
Best savoury muffin I have tasted.
J. B.
What a pit stop ! Food and drink are varied and delicious, staff very helpful. A number of small shops selling everything from clothes to sovieniers, jars of honey and grocery supplies. Worth stopping.
M. F.
Very surprised to find a good coffee stop in a 1 pub town. It was attached to a very expensive clothing shop so I guess the farmers must be doing better than I thought.
A. M.
Nice cafe. Great shops. Convenient location. Excellent spot to stretch your legs on the way frkm Perth to Albany or back.
W. K.
Friendly staff and interesting place to visit, coffee good and reasonable food although not a great selection.
J. W.
A great place for travellers to take a break, browse and buy local produce and craft goods, eat a reasonable meal and refresh themselves. Always busy and helpful. An extra star for using recycled packaging and utensils for takeaway meals... No plastic!
K. S.
Great place to have breakfast..Awesome... Nice service...

G. B.
Just discovered this little gem en route to Narrogin. We stopped in on a whim and totally loved it! Great little shops inside with unique and reasonably priced wares, and a fantastic café with quality homemade food. Will definitely be back soon!
J. D.
*Expensive, limited readily available food, water available but no glasses to serve, (over one hour of visit), insufficient room to line up to place order, because of table blocking entrance.
*The Supervisor was hard working but has that supercilious attitude that she can't be questioned or nothing can go wrong on her shift. Needs more training in people skills. *Food left too long on the serving shelf behind the pie warmer - poor hygiene AND hot food cools too much.
*Great confusion because the staff member on register taking orders gets ahead of service and there is no way of them knowing how many of the items in the pie warmer are "pre-sold" whereas the lined up customers have spent all their waiting time, choosing what they will order, from what they can see.
*When they eventually get to order, everything has to be counted constantly to know whether there is anything actually available to sell. I observed much Customer disappointment and often anger because of the the lack of available, yet clearly visible food.
*As a Manager and Trainer, I would advise an URGENT assessment of the current processes, including taking valued input from ALL staff.
F. C.
Very nice with a lot of choice.
D. J.

Our First visit, found the information about the history of Sheep and Wool in WA very interesting. Lovely pure wool clothing etc on sale, cosy Cafe to the rear with indoor and outdoor seating.

D. B. (.
Great place for good quality wool and natural products food and coffee. .a little pricey but your getting genuine products not sure how much is Aussie made
J. C.
The Woolsheds seem to have gone down hill of late. Hand dryers in ladies loo broken, toilets constantly running and wasting huge amounts of water. Staff never have a real smile..more like a grimace. At busy times like school and public hols etc it would be good to run two tills as the queues and waits are loooong!! which is a bit off putting. But the food is still great.
P. P.
Nice place to visit and chillout
J. K.
Today we went to lunch as part of quite a large group. The service was excellent and the food was very good value. A plus was that there are others shops to browse under the same roof.

Bakery is great, and the woolshed showcases some great local crafts. I know the whole woolshed can't answer for one stall but sadly they try to defend the sale of golliwog dolls.
