Great location with views of the wharf and harbour. Street parking available, it’s metered. Owner and staff super friendly, quick service. Seating is covered, along the wharf - great place for morning or afternoon coffee. The cold pressed juices are really good and solid banana bread. Place looks like it has quite of bit of history organising cycle tours around the world which is pretty cool

I’ve been to the BarCycle Cafe on Hickson Road in Walsh Bay a few times now. The food and coffee is always good and the staff are always really friendly. Cool idea to mix a bike shop and a cafe into one. Positioned on the waterfront with amazing views. It’s a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch or just grab a coffee on the run. They definitely deserve their 5 stars for consistently looking after me when I go there.

What a great find! If you're staying nearby don't pay through the nose for a hotel breakfast - this is the place to come. Fast service, wonderful wait staff and a great view. Highly recommend.

Alberto and his Team made this Brunch one of the best memories. We booked for my Sisters 45th Bday occasion. Me & My family travlled from Western Sydney (Rooty Hill). The food was tasty and well presented, it did get a little busy when we arrived. The giid was served in reasonable time. I liked the fact that Alberto (and the team) gave us 8 some special time (and to other patrons), made some suggestions too and Joked about us gents have Chaye Latte and Hot Chocolate, instead off !! Sorry Bro, I dint have a bike, but it was a nice touch, suggestion "bringnyiur bike next time" We highly recommend this beautfull & friendly Gig. Thank you BarCycle & Teams

Stunning setting inside the old wharfs. Good coffee and never too busy. Can be old in winter but great in summer, with a breeze. And 2 years later this place is still as good!

Usually impressed by this place, great service and lovely location. However $15 for the kind of salad a broke university student might cobble together with what is left in their fridge at the end of the month is disappointing. Oh and pre packaged masterfoods Italian dressing from an Italian café? Mama Mia!!

You have not lived if you haven't had these guys Eggplant lasagna. We've probably had it about 7 times Haha it is absolutely divine! Who would have thought a $12 Eggplant lasagna could be that good! well it is! go give it a try guys! their salads and wraps are also very delicious and decent portion sizes too.

BarCycle is a classy coffee shop by the sea. The place is mostly preferred by cyclists since they could help with bicycles, too. The place is great with the breakfast as I strongly recommend 'The Vuelta' if you like egg and chorizo.

We stumbled across this cafe trying to find a simple breakfast and nice view. The porridge hit the spot and the proscuitto piadina was perfect. It was incredibly good value too. But what really makes this place special is the wonderful Albert. He ensured we were well looked after and was so cheerful it was contagious! We will be back.

Stumbled across this little cafe this morning for a late breakfast. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was great and the staff were super friendly. Alberto and his team make you feel at home with honest service and a very relaxed atmosphere overlooking the water and piers. Food choices are great with a selection of Italian as well as traditional snacks and meals, all well priced and sized. They use quality ingredients too. Coffee is great too. Bike shop is nicely tucked on the side and provides personalised and well priced service. It's a place I will keep coming back to!

Great food, fantastic coffee. Service is quick and friendly. Although it sometimes gets so busy there are no tables left, the staff will pull out stools and extra tables. It's lovely in the sun but can get a bit hot if you aren't under one of the umbrellas. They also have a pennyfarthing in front which you can ride.

I would travel across town for BarCycles coffee, it is so good. All the food is delicious. My brekky favorite is the bacon and egg roll which has a rich, smokey, gluten free bacon carefully selected and with a large cap is my favorite start to a day. The staff are hard working and highly efficient and always with a smile. The Italian family culture is impossible to miss and then when you take in the spectacular view across the harbour you can't go wrong. Take my tip and just go to BarCycle and see for yourself. You will love it. See you there :)

Really friendly and efficient service. Great food - the arrabiata is delicious and the servings are very generous. I've also had a burger there and the sandwiches are huge! There are not that many options for places to eat around in Walsh Bay - but this place meets a good nexus of price and deliciousness. Mains are around $10 mark. The coffee is great especially if you enjoy drinking it black.

One of the few places in Walsh Bay to grab a decent coffee. The food is okay and it is bike friendly, which can be good or bad depending on your likes. It's a real hole in the wall cafe and the best bit about it is sitting in the sun and soaking up the view from the pier. There's rumours it'll be getting a small bar licence which will only add to the allure.

I work down here at the Walsh Bay precinct and I can say hands down that this is the best coffee on the strip. Alberto and his team are always friendly and willing to help. They have a few seats which is often filled with cyclists as there is a bike shop next door. The nicest thing is that nothing is too much trouble for these guys. It is well priced too.
