Best coffee I’ve had in Sydney cbd for a while! With Wynyard park located right in front, which makes it a perfect location to grab a coffee to go and enjoy at the park. If feeling like a treat, their cookies are delicious! Very friendly service from staff.

Consistent great coffee - whether it’s a single origin long black or a house blend flat white. While you wait for takeaway there’s complementary sparkling water brought to you too. Staff are friendly and the whole operation is extremely quick. A great place to duck to for a quick coffee at work. Haven’t tried the food yet, but if it’s anything like the coffee it’ll be solid!

Great coffee, tasty treats and lovely staff. The coffee comes in various forms including standard (house blend and single origin), cold drip, filtered and nitro (which you can buy as a bottle or case). Beans are also available (250g - 1kg) and they'll grind them for you as well if you need. The cookies are from Butter Boy and are incredible. Staff are really friendly and efficient and there's a couple of nice touches like sparkling water whilst you wait and Aesop hand sanitiser.

Bonnie Coffee is a specialty coffee store hailing from Melbourne, but with an outlet in the Sydney CBD. The space is close to Wynyard station and inside and heritage building (from 1927 - Scots Presbyterian Church) and thus the fit out is in keeping with that. It is trendy, with its washed walls, brass light fittings and hanging apron and newspapers for the benefit of style. Apparently it looks even better during non Covid times, for there’s no seating at the moment. Bonnie are only doing takeaway, which I don’t like, since I love a good cup of coffee with the art in the foam. So on this visit I ordered an espresso. They have options for the espresso; a single o and house blend. I chose the house blend “Mama’s Boy”, a strong hit to start the day. My friends loved the filter coffee too, and they also make a good mocha. Their milk based coffee can be done with regular, soy, almond or lactose free. V60, filter, cold drip, matcha, chai and teas are also available. This speciality coffee crew work with roasters from around the world, particularly in Indonesia. Food wise, the front cabinet has some pastries, croissants, cookies and cakes if you’re keen for something to eat with your coffee.

Such a nice cafe with nice vibes. Whilst waiting for your coffee to be made the barista or waiter always kindly greets you with a glass of sparkling water. Coffee is also top notch!

My fave place for coffee in the CBD. Service is 10/10 and there's plenty of staff on so you never wait too long, and plenty of room to wait for your coffee inside which is fab when it's raining. Staff will bring you sparkling water while you wait, and they will also BRING YOUR COFFEE TO YOU when it's ready instead of just yelling out your name from the bar. Did I mention how great the coffee is? A bit of a darker roast but no bitterness in sight which equals maximum joy. They've really nailed it IMHO. Good job, guys!

Thank you for serving sparkling water to me whilst I waited for the coffee. Small things make big differences. The Coffee has been most excellent every time I've visited (not sure what beans they use) and the service is top notch. I'm yet to have one of the delightful treats in the glass cabinets but I will very soon. No cash makes me very happy (but the old folks will hate that). Cheers.

Lovely interior very raw and has a warm vibe. Lovely place to grab a coffee. They offer sparkling water on tap which is offered to you when you walk in, very welcoming. The place is small and intimate and makes for a wonderful place to sit and relax in the middle of the city. Wonderful staff, especially the new girl Sophie. She is bright, bubbly and very attentive. Definitely will visit again. 100% recomend 😊

Bonnie Coffee does very good coffee and has a selection of very good pastries and cakes on display at the counter where the cashier sits. Every customer is greeted by a friendly member of staff and is offered water (either still water or sparkling water) upon arrival or when they are waiting for their coffee order. No other food is served highlighting the focus of Bonnie Coffee on preparing and serving great coffee to its customers. Bonnie Coffee serves the standard selection of Australian style coffees and roasts its own beans. You can purchase their beans from the coffee shop or their website.

I seldom post online reviews but Bonnie Coffee co is just incredible. One of the best coffees I've had, and it was complemented by brilliant service. I even got sparkling water while I waited. This place is at least 3 standard deviations above the mean Sydney coffee shop. A++++ would recommend 5 stars A+ *****

Interesting place, reminds me of Melbourne with high attention placed on the service e.g. Sparkling water while you wait for your take away coffee. It's buzzy with a big open area for people waiting for takeaway, there aren't that many tables. Pretty loud and you're unlikely to get a table so not a great place for a meeting. Coffee is awesome above all else.

The perfect place for a quick catch-up. Service is excellent - staff are aware of what is going on and are incredibly thoughtful. I was with a group of work mates, we couldn't get a table and ordered take away. While waiting outside one of the staff members still made the effort to bring us sparkeling water. Cosy little place with a unique off-the-mould experience. Service was excellent. We were waiting for a table and while there's no queue system or numbers, we were promptly followed up when a table opened up and they still remembered our order.

(Translated) I found a delicious coffee shop. The coffee taste is excellent, and even better, they gave me a welcome drink. I was given sparkling water while I was in line to order coffee. It can be a little complicated and noisy because there are a lot of people standing there, but it will be as complicated as everywhere on Monday morning rush hours. The coffee was really good. I ordered Flatwhite, and the milk foam was very rich and soft, and the coffee taste was not bitter, and it had a soft and strong taste. Breads for sale are on display under the order table. I hope it's an exhibit. Because it's the first time I've seen food in a dusty restaurant on display under the waist. However, the coffee taste is excellent, so if I only use take away coffee, I would like to consider this as one of my favorite coffee shops. I liked the coffee shop atmosphere as it was very trendy. (Original) 맛있는 커피숍 발견했습니다. 커피맛이 일품이고 더욱더 좋은건 웰컴드링크를 주더라는.. 커피를 주문하기 위해 줄서있는동안 스파클링워터를 주던데 아침에 출근 전 입 안을 상쾌하게 해주는데 참 기분 좋았습니다. 사람들이 많이 서있어서 조금 복잡하고 시끄러울수는 있지만 월요일 아침 출근시간 어디에나 마찬가지로 복잡하겠죠. 커피가 참 맛있었어요. Flatwhite 를 주문했는데 우유 거품이 아주 풍부하고 부드러웠으며 커피맛 또한 쓰지않고 부드러운 진한맛. 주문테이블 밑에 판매중인 빵들이 진열되어있는데 전시품이기를 바랍니다. 왜냐하면 먼지가 많은 레스토랑에서 음식을 허리아래에 위치한곳에 진열해 둔것을 처음 보았거든요. 그러나 커피맛은 일품이기때문에 저는 take away coffee 만 이용한다면 여기를 가장 마음에드는 커피숍중 하나로 생각하고 싶습니다. 커피숍 분위기도 매우 트렌디해서 맘에 들었어요.
