The large hazelnut coffee was Awesome! Their service was fast coffee is ready within 2.5mins. (Credit card surcharge is 1.25%)

Eggs Florentine tasted ok... However poached eggs were overcooked, and for $16.90 I would've expected more than 1 measly slice of smoked salmon barely covering each piece of bread. Spinach also wasn't cooked, some may like it that way but it seems a bit cheaply put together...

Great place to have a lazy weekend brunch or grab a quick bite on the way to work on weekdays. It is always bustling with activity. Just a different vibe during weekends.

5 stars for the sticky chai they make it here. It is the best in town. Staff are not always friendly but as long as tea is good, it makes up

This bakery/cafe was packed at lunch time with a queue at the counter lining up to order or buy takeaway. There was a large selection of bread lining the back wall and I bought the Irish soda bread and Olive & Rosemary sourdough, both were really nice. I also had lunch here and chose the steak and onion pie which had nice flavour but I was disappointed that the meat was mince not the chunky kind. The Granola muffin was nice, dense and healthier then your traditional sweet muffin. I usually go for a sweet or cake but none looked appealing to me and the coffee was fairly average so I didn't feel the need to have a cake and coffee. I think the best bet here are their baked goods and the breads which are lovely.

I always have my morning coffee here before the gym session. I love the long black here. The service is good though.

Honestly hands down the best coffee I have had anywhere in Sydney and possibly the the best coffee I've had ever. Seriously delicious coffee. Didn't even need sugar. Would recommend to those who want a nice smooth slightly sweet coffee that isn't bitter. Feeling like I need to buy a bag of thier coffee so I can enjoy it at home.

Good coffee. Good meals. I sounded a bit non friendly, but not in a bad way, just disengaged from the public. You come to the front and make your order, and received by an attendant that it is smiling interest only in getting your order right, but not really interested in you. As I said not that really bad thing. It was good that they had gluten free options as my partner is gluten intolerant. Enjoyed the meal enjoyed the coffee. Did not enjoy the service. I guess that you're making your shopping in that Shopping centre it is appropriate.

Bowman Island makes a simple but delicious toastie and the coffee is good too.

It appears I am very generous to them Three Stars. Today, I ordered a green tea and coffee with a friend to spend approximately 45 minutes there. The service was efficient. The staff seemed to miss the details of making green tea from leaves. You need to rinse out the first brew to take out the bitter taste within first 30-60 seconds. If you are really good, the water of second brew should be 80 degree celsius. Second, when I asked for a refill of hot water from the waiter for my tea. She replied, "No hot water. Business is business. You can pay for another pot of tea". I totally understand. If they generated a bit of goodwill, I would have given them five stars for this online rating and left a tip. Please pay cash, they charge 1.5% surcharge for cards.

Lots of tables to sit and have a coffee and a snack. We have found the macchiato, cappuccino, hot chocolate and iced coffee good. The flavour of the coffee is excellent. There are cakes and my husband loves the custard fruit tart and my friend the cheesecake. As I am gluten free, I tried the gf friands, both the raspberry and chocolate and found them bland, but sickly sweet. I’d love to see some better options for people with dietary restrictions.
My husband likes the chicken and mushroom pie very much and says the chunky beef pie is satisfactory. Other people tell me the sourdough breads are great and they certainly look fabulous. We haven’t tried them.
Service is polite, but not friendly. I’d like to see better customer service including a smile and a hello/ good morning, and perhaps “How can I help? or What would you like today?” They are fairly prompt with orders.
There’s not a lot of ‘atmosphere’ and the music is hit and miss, but the coffee is good and there’s somewhere to sit and catch a breath before or after the food shopping.
It is wheelchair accessible and we tend to choose a table on the outskirts to make it easier.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Coffee was pretty good and the service was reasonable. I did visit early so it wasn't too busy. Prices are middle and the food selection is great. Would happily come back!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on the staff, maybe they have made some changes because everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The coffee was not great but nothing to be upset over. Had a breakfast pie which was also decent. Not five stars but less than three seems unfair.

I usually come here for a coffee before I hit the gym. I haven't tried the food, but the coffee is decent. The place is usually quite busy, but there are enough tables so there's no need to wait for one.

Quick service great coffee. Delicious perfect poached eggs.

The eggs florentine is delicious. Food comes out very quick at lunch time. I bought a loaf of sourdough and a blueberry & oatmeal muffin to take home and both were very good.
D. F.
I tried their ham, cheese and tomato toastie. I think it’s a bit overpriced, very well presented though. The orange juice was fresh and recently pressed.

Polite guys! As Thai niceness is.
The barista guys (Niki and his Bro)— makes the best coffee - just as I love and enjoy my coffee - aromatic and rich.
T. H. M.
The breads and cakes looked incredible but we were only there for coffees. Great coffee and staff were friendly. Lots of tables for dine in. The sandwiches looked generous and substantial.

Coffee is good, but not outstanding. Good option to stop by for a take-away to accompany your supermarket shop. Array of food, bakery treats and cakes are impressive.
