R. L. G.By approx 2.30pm the cafe had no food left to sell and had closed. We needed to buy water and they were kind enough to sell us a few bottles. Nelligen is 20 mins away from the nearest shopping so my advice is take your own food, water n ice.
F. H.Fantastic outlook, good food and friendly staff. Service was good and the food arrived quickly. Overlooking the river next to the Kings Highway its a must for a break away from it all. I have definitely included it in my favourite places to eat.

G. D.Ok, forgot our salt entirely. OK fish and chips. Certainly can do worse. Mullets are in, manners are out (no 1.5m covid distances). Definitely feel like you're 'down the coast'.
K. W.A great spot to stop in for some food with a view. Come on a sunny day, grab some take-away and sit outside on the river's edge. The coffee here is great too if you are just in need of a drink.
L. P.Ordered a delicious dessert here while passing through on my way home to Canberra. The cafe is in a fantastic spot in the centre of town overlooking the waterway. The chocolate tart was yummy and I enjoyed people and boat watching from the deck. Staff were lovely. Wish we had more of an appetite to stay for lunch. The oysters looked good. A little gem!
