The Cafe is good but the only problem is almost all the tables are reserved after 9 am. It's not based on first come first served instead it's all based on reservations. Vegan options are very limited.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating, even with my many last minute bookings during their busiest times. Food is consistently delicious and caters to different dietary requirements. We come here regularly and absolutely love it.

Been coming here for coffee and occasional bit of brunch for a few years now. Never had a better iced long black anywhere else in the city! They really pay attention to the coffee and deliver a great shot. I've moved over the Bridge now but I still keep coming back every time I'm this side of the harbour.

We loved brunch at Charlie and Frank's! I had the vegan bowl and it was delicious. I also thought the coffee and chai was great! My friends had the fig and ricotta dish and poached eggs - they both said they were just right. Will be back :-)

I live a block from this cafe and have already been here on a couple of occasions. Its always been a highly rated cafe, mine and other's eyes so I decided to do a proper write up. The cafe has a nice modern feel to it, using plenty of wood and tiles used in all the right spots. They've got one table outside which is a bit odd and I would suggest putting more out there unless there is any legal restrictions. This put less burden on the tables inside which is always packed during the morning peak hour whenever I'm there. The coffee is always on point. As per my picture you can see the coffee art is nice and it stay distinct past the midway line as you'll expect for a latte. The real test is whether they can do the same with a flat white like my top five cafes, which has less foam. The large may seem expensive at $4.50 compared to the other cafe in the here, but the large is actually large and feels like it's more than the standard mug although this could be an optical illusion. The cafe doesn't do surcharges for paying with card and they have toilets available onsite. I recommend coming here for coffee, you'll get something that is well made, smooth and tasty.

If you want a place that serves your coffee with a smile and amazing latte art, remembers your name and order, then this is the place to go. Oh and the coffee is top-notch! The food is also pretty damn good but I’m most certainly a coffee regular here.

This place is amazing! They are really generous with their fries (which are much better than Maccas' fries) and the grean pea (vego) burger is great (I have had it twice). The chicken protein bowl is really good - we took away due to the lockdown in Sydney and pan-fried the chicken - also the potato croquettes they make are better than the vast majority in Japan.

Great service the best. The owner is from NY and understands customer service and quality food. I highly recommend, oh the barrister is just spot on with the coffees give her a medal. I have been to some cafes and the people who work there don't wanna be there however everyone at Charlie and Franks wants to work there and it shows I highly recommend

The place has amazing breakfast options. All very tasty and well balanced in flavours. They also have several coffee options for all palates, from filtered to pressed. They are very focused in customer satisfaction: we had a misunderstanding with a product they sell, and it was resolved in a very professional way and approach. Can't wait to be out of lockdown to sit there again and enjoy a good breakfast on a weekend morning.

I really enjoy my meal, ordered Hashbrown and eggs. They have a lot of options to choose, took me awhile to decide. My friend ordered Eggplants and eggs if I’m not wrong, it should come with polenta but they ran out of it so change to halloumi instead.

Came in for breakfast during peak time. I really wanted to give it five stars - unfortunately the coffees were heavy on the milk, and a side order of cripsy bacon was only half so. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious; their take on hash browns is interesting. I feel like the pricepoint is a bit on higher side, but ymmv. Really liked the airy and light feel to the place, everything was clean and tidy, and the tables were generously sized compared to some other NSyd cafes.

Portions too small, only get given the tiniest amount of toast and to buy another slice is a rip off! This used to be my favourite cafe but many items I loved now taken off the menu! Staff are fabulous though and the coffee excellent.

The star of the show is Sarika, their wonderful Barista, her smile and demeanour is infectious and combined with a great coffee gives you that ‘LG’ feeling, (life’s good)

Went in for breakfast. They were prompt and had excellent food. My partner and I ordered the Hash Brown and Eggs, which had delicious Chorizo in it. There was a mix up with our order and that was quickly resolved with a smile. Met one of the owners, not sure if he was Charlie or Frank. He was a super nice guy and we chatted a bit. I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch, the menu is solid for both!

Everything was perfect! The peanut butter and jelly French toast was amazing and the service was even better, the lady taking orders and waiting tables was so happy / friendly it really made our day!

Really enjoy the variety of their menu, and uniqueness of some of their dishes. Would highly recommend the Korean chicken burger, as well as some of their healthier dishes, such as the flat breads and salads. This is one of our regular work lunch spots. Just make sure you call ahead and book if you have a large group as it's quite popular and often busy.

Good breakfast spots are not as common in the CBD as you might expect. Coffees here were excellent, bacon n eggs with haloumi was really nice, though the bacon n eggs on turkish was overwhelmed by too much bread. The bacon itself was delicious, just not enough. My husband and I were taken to Charlie and Franks for lunch yesterday. What an absolute delight. On the recommendation of our friend I had the lamb and salad and truly, I don't think I have ever tasted lamb like it, what a fabulous dish. My husband had the Japanese beef. The staff were just lovely, and the coffee, it was out of this world. If they won't move up to Turramurra it looks like I will have to make frequent journeys down to North Sydney. Also loved the clean, white, stunning, minimalist decor and this coming from someone who is the total opposite of minimalist. It was honestly just fabulous. Well done guys, you were all terrific.

Great food excellent coffee. They are a bit funky and modern with healthy options. The food options have things like macro chicken. There are good snacks and breakfast options. They also do drinks like charcoal latte and tumeric milk and excellent Chai latte made from he's and spices not powder.

The Spicey Korean style burger was ok a little underwhelming as I expected a little more. Nice looking place and slick interiors. I ordered a pork flat bread for $18 which had pork, black beans, guacamole, jalepeno, egg and flat bread. I was not impressed. I was left hungry and had to go elsewhere to buy another meal to top off this snack serving size purporting to be a lunch meal.
