Excellent coffee, can tell by taste from fine beans with proper temp to presenting well caring coffee. Latté art just outstanding how confidence they deliver their coffee to the customers! Bagels spread with cream cheese, capers and few red onion, light and delicious. Music playing in store has style, cozy corner with nice ambiance.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Mascot. I always make sure I pop in for a coffee when I am In the area. The staff are friendly and the coffee tastes the same no matter who is making it. Great work guys. 👏

Mascot have plenty of coffee shops and cafes and so when I saw yet another one was opening, I was extremely confused by this as a business decision. Especially when Comoros opened next door to another café. However, I was pleasantly surprised when this coffee shop opened as it is probably one of the only speciality coffee shops in Mascot selling quality coffee. Just off the main strip in Mascot, Comoros occupies a small space, not yet air-conditioned, but it’s not really that in need of one. A couple of stools at the window and a bench seat with a few tables if you wish to dine in. Minimalist décor, a couple of plants and coffee related equipment for sale. The place is only small and probably suits a high volume of take away orders. It’s not designed as an eat in café, but you can if you are up for a pastry. There’s Smoking Gun Bagels with your choice of spread or ‘smears’. From 11:30 after the morning coffee rush, you can grab a topped bagel such as a pastrami, pickles, mustard and Swiss cheese bagel. Coffee wise they’re using Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, and a range of other boutique beans are for sale. Sparkling water is given with your coffee. You can also get filter coffee, cold brew, nitro cold brew or an iced coffee. I’m quite a fan of the iced coffee here. Didn’t need a sugar in it (which I often do) so it’s a sign of a good coffee. Service is efficient, staff seem pretty quiet and a little hipster and the place will be popular with coffee goers after a good brew

Started drinking my coffee and had to stop after the first sip to share it with the world.. the milk froth here is so silky I'm genuinely considering changing my order to a babyccino from now on. Best coffee anywhere near the airport. And by far the best vibe. If you're stuck in need of caffeine or bagels while you wait for your annoying half sister to land from Byron.. this is definitely the place to sit and slowly sip while she waits at the public pickup for an hour.... seriously .. take your time. She's not going anywhere.

Literally THE MOST DELICIOUS coffee you will find in the eastern suburbs and by FAR in our lil Mascot! These boys (other than just being superbly friendly) know their stuff! The bagels are spot on for deliciousness and the banana bread a perfect sneaky snack!

One of the best coffee in mascot. Sorry, I would say only good coffee in mascot. It would be nice if they open on Sunday morning for few hours. Customer request, Comoros team could you please try to open on Sunday. Because you guys closed I am driving 5 mins away from mascot to get a good coffee.

Tucked away down a side street, this is a minimally outfitted coffee shop offering bagel deliciousness. You need to go here! With fantastic coffees coming for any occasion, you will want to go for the bagels. Smoking Gun provide them, and you can choose which type you want, and what you want on it from the traditional schmear options. Great service, option to eat in at a few of the seating options or the team at Comoros put together takeaway without issue.

Great little cafe with a beautiful fit out and lovely signage. All that before even getting to the coffee, which is delicious. The filter coffee was spot on, great flavour. Even better, I bought a coffee for my mum who is most particular with her soy milk. She often says to me, “If they’ve got vitasoy, run. Don’t bring me back that sh*t; bonsoy only.” Comoros did not have bonsoy, they had soy boy. I didn’t want to drive to another cafe so I took a chance with it and, lo and behold, mum loved it.

Just really good coffee! Dev is an amazing Barista. Very reasonably priced babycinos, large cup and comes with a marshmallow! So lucky to have great coffee locally. We haven’t been anywhere else since they opened! Comoros is above and beyond the rest.

They serve best Australian coffee- 7 miles, so coffe is superb and so are the fresh bagels. Try the one with smoked salmon and white cheese.

This place is a hidden gem and the coffee is phenomenal! The baristas know what they’re doing and sure make the whole vibe of the place very relaxed. Do yourself a favour, go to Comoros and spoil yourself with one of the best coffee places in Sydney. I travel 30 mins to be blessed by this place and the coffee they deliver.

Exactly what Mascot needs as one of the new up an coming areas. If Merrivale's Kingdom of Rice is stepping into Mascot, I reckon these boys are ahead of the curve when it comes to cafe's. You cant say there is no good coffee in Mascot anymore. Merrivale, Hung Ha rolls, an now a coffee stop w/ bagels an comfortable vibe... worth the trip - lets go!
