I had the pleasure of talking to Nicole (manager) & Sue (head chef) for a party arrangement and I must say this is top customer service and dedication to their customers! They were very prompt with any questions I had, replying at times I didn't expect and in detail (pictures and all). They were also very helpful to cater for all our needs, even going above and beyond! My family and I are extremely happy to have met such fantastic people who are so good at what they do. The venue is clean, bright and spacious with a fantastic layout where you can see your little ones easily and they also have security cameras showing you which area they are playing in! Great range of toys, my son especially loved the icecream van at the front! Good range of food and drinks as well! Thank you very much to the whole team at Cuto Kids Cafe. A very Merry Christmas to you and have a wonderful New Year!

Cuto Kids Cafe is the best I've been too in kids cafe and I love the place. I've been pretty cynical of many kids cafes, but this one won me over. Fair prices, easy to see your kids with top line of sight, great staff and food. Kids love it too! So much to do and well designed. LOVE THEIR WORK!

Cuto Kids Cafe at Marina Square is absolutely amazing! My 3 year old son didn't want to leave and I was having just as much fun as he was. Everything they love in one place and watching their little faces light up is priceless. Parents can sit down and enjoy a coffee and meal while their children have the best time! The staff were so helpful with my order and they even played with my son making his experience even more enjoyable. Cute little kids cafe in an upcoming suburb in the inner west. Food and drinks are on par if not better than cafes. Friendly staff and service. Parking options are either street or the actual shopping centre it self (3hrs free parking). Come early, it does get busy.

When we asked for minimal decor, they delivered. When we asked for the music to be very sensible, and be adjusted (turned up or down) depending on my daughters mood, they did it without complaints. When my daughter asked for them to dim the lights and have a quiet moment, they have provided for it. They are structurally designed to cater to all kids. The staff are just amazing bunch. Today was Portia's 8th Birthday and we have never (ever!) seen her so happy and engaged with her peers in a public cafe. The staff made it so comfortable for my daughter - they are very kind, inclusive and flexible. We need more cafe's like Cuto who consciously shapes the lives of the young generations to come. They did not need to be labelled "cafe for special needs" or the money-making all abilities cafe. Their pricing for private party is VERY REASONABLE, considering all the effort, sanitization and presentation they go through before our party begins! GREAT JOB! WE ARE VERY VERY HAPPY WITH YOU!

This kids cafe is kept very clean, they have only opened recently in Marina Square. The staff are very kind and are always eager to help. The Big ball pool is a nice playing and engaging area while adult spaces are very wide and have plenty of restful areas. They also Offer decaf and full-time barista food&drink at a reasonable price. Our baby is only 9 months old and she loves to play here while i supervise her closely. I would highly recomend this place to all the parents to visit if they live in the area.

Really enjoyed visiting Cuto Kids cafe. The kids loved the ball pit and interactive screen games. There are lots of different activities which can entertain the kids. They also do a great job at keeping everything clean and tidy. We will be back for sure!

A little hidden gem located inside Marina Square qt Wentworth Point. The kids had a blast here, with so many areas to keep them entertained. They loved the ball pit with a slide; the fishing area was also a big hit and the fancy dress up/costume area was great. The staff were very friendly and polite and the facilities are very clean and well maintained. A must visit if you are around the area.

If your thinking of doing a party here I would probably look somewhere else. $$$ Catering menu is extremely overpriced ($10 each for mini burgers). Burgers, pies, sausage rolls all served cold. No one could eat it. So embarrassing. I spent over $500 on food and my guests were hungry and disappointed. Not to mention already spent $1650 for venue hire (3hrs) Works out to be about $33 per person (50ppl) for entry???. $3.50 for cans of soft drink?? $42 for 6 litres of juice?? No food or drinks allowed from outside!!! Positive: Staff are friendly. Great place for kids - kids love playing here. Clean.

It is a great place for active little ones. My daughter loves the ball pit and the camping area. It is clean with nice staff. I do feel like there menu is lacking as I have been to other play centres that have a variety of snack food options that children will eat. The price I feel is to exspensive we paid $47 for unlimited play i understand its a new place and everything is amazing for children but I do not believe that the entry price is valid. I have paid $16 entry all day play at some places and have spent upwards of $50 or more at the cafes. My point is if you worked on the menu and offered more you could substitute the price for what's on the menu. We did have a great time though and the play style was definitely what my daughter loves, I wouldn't frequent the cafe as the price is quite high to make regular visits. Reply: The cost for unlimited on a weekend was $38 unlimited plus $4.50 x2 for me and my partner which totalled $47 if that's the case then pricing is definitely wrong. Either way I do find it to be exspensive but my daughter did have a great time and the cafe was very clean and spacious. If as you say what we paid is incorrect than I can guarantee I was not the only one that day who paid the same price.

My wife has a different opinion but I liked it. The shopping centre has 3 hours free and I like the huge ball pit! Also the big interactive screen (you basically throw the balls at the screen.) But I found it pricey though but my missus says this is the usual price for those type of places

I’m thrilled that a kids cafe finally opens Wentworth point! Super convenient location (with free parking in the shopping centre). The facilities are fabulous - quality, clean and fun! My niece absolutely loved the fishing game there. Ordered a mini spaghetti for the little one and a waffle to share. Didn’t expect much from a kids cafe but was actually quite amazed by the quality of the food! Sister is planning to book the place for the little girl’s 5 year old birthday party.

Its a nice kids cafe but need to change the pricing. It was the most affordable out of all the kids cafe we went and now it is the most expensive. I was very happy with the 1.5 hour package that was offered but now changed to hourly ($10/1 hour) and compare to other kids cafe, it has less to offer. There are 4 kids cafe around the area. Medowbank offers $18/2 hour and stamp on loyalty card ( 10 stamp got 1 hour free) plus they have chu chu train. Rhodes also $18.80/ 2 hour with stamp ( every 7 stamp get 1 hour free) and sibling under 12 months get half price, they also have chu chu train. The only one that similar is Top Ryde which is the most expensive hence they are not as busy as Kidsday in Medowbank and Vitaland in Rhodes. Also, you guys need to improve on your drinks. They are the worst out of all the kids cafe. I understand to open and run this cafe, it takes a lot of upfront cost but if you make it affordable, you would see us come again and again. I won't be back until the price is fixed as others have more to offer for less. Updated: im giving this cafe a 5 star due to how quick the owner taking in feedback and action it. The price has changed significantly and now became very competitive and affordable. There are many other promotions being run on daily basis like lucky wheels early bird promotion ( which we would never be able to makes it but action is better than none), loyalty card which counts by the hour not 2 hourly like other kids cafe I appreciate this a lot as for some family with kids under 1, they won't stay longer than 1 hour or those who an only do 1 hour. It is more affordable for many. The place is so clean and constantly being cleaned tidied up by staffs which is so good especially during this Covid time. I haven't tried the drinks i had before yet as I dont want to be disappointed but will give a go later. Cold drinks are getting better not so bland anymore but still need a bit more adjusting but that is the only minus. Me and my kids have returned 3 times within one week and will continue to come. Thank you so much for listening to our feedback and improved almost immediately.

The lady that works at the cafe is extremely rude. My daughter politely asked for water and the workers response was disappointing to say the least. She said in a rude/aggressive manner “what do you want, go there” and when my wife approached and again the lady seemed annoyed and said “we are closed” but in a very rude tone. It’s ironic that a kids play area has staff that speak in a rude manner to kids and adults. Extremely unacceptable and disappointing. I am all for supporting businesses but not when they hire rude individuals. Stars for the venue but certainly 0 for the cafe’s customer service otherwise I would’ve give this place a 5 star.

Good place for age group upto age 7... 12mth olds have a dedicated play area which is very good. A little smaller than the Tada Cafe, however has pretty much similar things to play like the slide, ball pit, blocks, dress ups, mini trampoline, pretend play etc. Neat and clean, Decent food menu
