I had the cookies and cream and ultimate chocolate chillers plus a cheesecake. They taste pretty average so yeah, 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I like the coffee chillers here, so I get that regularly. Regular coffee here is pretty standard, not bad but not amazing. The workers here always seem a bit distracted, and some don't always seem to know what they're doing so other employees always need to halt what they're doing to help them, but the service is pretty efficient otherwise. Some of them seem to be chronically tired, I'm kind of worried about them. The setting of the cafe is cozy, I like it quite a lot. But workers don't seem to go around and clean the place all that often so you can sometimes see water rings and coffee stains on the table

I visited many Gloria jean's in different places, actually coffee wasn't good, but this place at town hall is making great strong, right temperature coffee,even I drink with soy milk. I think there's not enough table and seats inside.

They make great iced chocolate drinks. I like their self-serve chocolate sprinkles. I asked for a loyalty card but they ran out which was unfortunate. They usually don't have too long of a line which is great.

Pretty standard Gloria Jeans. I have always found the coffee to be decent, and tasty. I have always seen this place as being up to standard for this chain, being clean, and having nice staff. I will go here again in future no worries.

Gloria Jean's coffees is the best I have ever had staff was friendly and helpful and coffee was hot and the cakes was fresh and nice to eat I am happy they r open 7 days a week 24 hrs for a coffee and U can earn points on your card for free coffees I have no fault at this place

Like the coffee they make and that they give Seniors a discount. We deserve it. I wish they had FAIR TRADE coffee. It's different from Green Alliance.

Walking over from the Park 8 Hotel, we've come here every morning for coffee and a convenient, tasty breakfast fare--one morning, my latte had a swan swirled on top! We'll miss this when we leave Sydney.
