Can recommend the Tikka wrap - spicy, and with a fresh and interesting salad. The service is exemplary and friendly. You can pick up a lovely lunch here and take it with you to eat by the nearby Cooks River.

I took my family to Grounded xo today for breakfast. We ordered a variety of meals with juices and coffee. Everything was amazing and brought to our table within a reasonable timeframe for a cafe. Everything was cooked to perfection and the attention to detail was sublime. The coffee was smooth, with a chocolate, caramel texture. The temperatures were spot on as well. Kids had such a beautiful time they’re already asking me “when can we go back again daddy”. The owner and staff were incredible, they were all engaging and made us feel at home. Can’t wait to go back and I highly recommend Grounded XO. Thanks team, see you again soon.

Came in for breaky this morning and had the eggs Benedict.. amazing sauce, wow wow wow Eggs perfectly cooked and the bread wasn’t thick and heavy. It took me back to my favourite cafe in Adelaide Hills. I’m also loving the new almond milk I tried. Thank you and see you again soon 😍

Used to start off as a cafe with some Arabic food, but now has a great selection of burger dishes to try out. The owner is very friendly and has a passion for his food. My favourite dish is Ful Medames serve with bread. The dish has full of flavour and always get my hands dirty which I don't care because taste great. A Ground roll is great too. It has avocado, tomato, bacon and egg. Tasty.

After moving in to the area, the staff were quick to introduce themselves and serve beautiful coffee and food. The decor is well thought out and the history behind the centre artwork is fascinating. Ask the owner.

The coffee is a bit mild. I bought a Grounded roll as well which was more nutritious in value than anything around the vicinity, and it would have tasted pretty good too if there weren't so much salt.
