Guylian Belgian Cafe is a great cafe to visit for breakfast or midday snack, their coffee and drinks are perfect with the right consistency and right flavour, their store is quite small but extends into the apartment building next door and their raisin custard swirl is perfect when warmed up which you can ask the staff to do so. The only downside is that the staff can be slightly rude depending on their moods, been here multiple times and have been served with great enthusiasm but have also been served with the can’t be bothered attitude. However overall a must visit

Take a dark nugget of slinky chocolate, mix one teaspoon of roasted coconut, add a hot milky chocolate mix and you have a little taste of delight. Combine with a Belgian waffles with vanilla ice cream and a hefty apologetics of chocolate. This is chocolate heaven. Try it while looking out over the town hall at sunset .

Located on George Street, just down the hill from Town Station. Nice modern place for a coffee and a snack. Especially something sweet… Lots of indoor seating. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff super friendly. Coffee was great… and the Blueberry Muffin was delicious. Some of those cakes on display look soooo tempting. Maybe next time 😜😜

A friend of mine bought tarts from this place for my birthday; they were so, so good and amazingly presented! My favourite is the lemon and meringue one, it makes your stomach feel well full. I liked also the strawberry one. We didn’t liked much the third type bought but to be honest I don’t know which flavour was, I couldn’t tell. But the others were perfect and made my day.

When my wife and I are in the city and close by we go here for a drink. We go for hot chocolates, I love the dark chocolate and my wife loves the coconut. The service is great and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. We love the chocolate bars here too. Grab a treat from here if you are in the area.

A lovely cafe and the coffee was great! One of the employees name Chi was very sweet as I accidentally dropped something on the edge of the window and she was very persistent in helping me. Yum yum for hot winter ❄️ I had milk chocolate and dark chocolate ☕️ Good and warm enough for chilling weather. Hot chocolate is served with a small cup and pot filled with hot chocolate. So portion is a bit more than 2 cups. But frankly couldn’t really feel the taste difference btw milk and dark choc😅. Also had a strawberry tart which is soft and yum 😋. Those are pricy compared to regular cafe but totally worth it.

Unfortunately there is a chocolate powder taste which probably comes from the milk - the last few sips were good though with the bits of the melted chocolate. They also got the order wrong and overcharged.

Guylian's Sydney CBD store is conveniently situated next to Town Hall station. While it's not as big as it's head store in The Rocks, it offers the same level of experience in the midst of a busy environment. Location: Town Hall, Sydney CBD The place is located just outside Townhall station. They serve a really great coffee and milkshake (to be honest) but the problem is the location itself. We go to cafes to relax and unwind specially after work/school hours but being near the station puts the place in big trouble to be very crowded on those times. It puts you in the mood to just have your coffee "on the go" like drinking it outside instead. I recommend go here mid day, for you want to stay sometime inside and avoid staying during rush hours.. although you can have your coffee "on the go" if you want one. Overall the place and coffee is great just avoid the rush hour.. (I mean the crowd 😅) Coffee : 4/5 Vibe : 4/5 Cost : $

It is always a great idea to sip a hot choco in winter with some little dessert when coming here. Sitting outdoor enjoying the view with accompaniments of a good quality of chocolate. This cool place specialised in chocolate is one of the best in Sydney. Not too sweet but still can taste the richness. This place is not too big for the indoor but plenty of seats for the outdoor area. The service was good, but not good enough unfortunately. One of them took my order wrongly and one of them does not speak english well that could not understand what we said.

Got the waffles with bananas, unfortunately they didn't have bananas so they gave us strawberries instead. Everything tested great but the plate was too small. It made it hard to cut the waffles up and combine if with the ice cream and chocolate. Also I made a bit of a mess, sorry. Would definitely recommend bigger plates for the waffles. Would make it a easier and cleaner eating experience for everyone

Had dessert here which was nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside does get a bit crowded at night. Staff are really nice, there was a hair in my friend's cake and they replaced it without hesitation which was great. The hot chocolate was very rich and it's quite large. All their plates and cups are disposable which seems a bit wasteful but I guess they don't have proper facilities to store and clean dishes. It is on the pricey side but it is conveniently located close to the train station.
