Outstanding sandwiches. Tried all their pork rolls and they continually deliver - with a can of soft drink - for $10 or under. Coffee excellent, service is speedy and obviously being a bakery, the baguettes are excellent. Been coming here for years.

High st Bakery, Part of my weekend ritual. Gym then bakery for amazing delicious coffee and treats for my family. When Hong and the team first started out I was so happy to have a real Vietnamese bakery within walking distance from home. For us the following are real faves: Almond Friands, Pork Rolls, Noodle Salads and the ever nourishing and comforting Pho. The baguettes are simply excellent and Hong and the team are without doubt some of the friendliest and most generous people who will serve you. I tell all my friends and family about High St Bakery and I hope that everyone gets the chance to stop by and meet Hong and try the super yummy food in the hippest bespoke decorated Vietnamese bakery and cafe on the North Shore. Post Covid lock downs and High St Bakery is still going strong.

Bahn mi (they specifically call them pork rolls & not bahn mi for some reason), dumpling soup, almond orange cake & vanilla slice are some of the things I've tried which were seriously delicious. Especially the soup. So good! Some other things are a bit hit & miss. Their baguettes are good (to be expected at a Vietnamese bakery) but their sourdough loaves are terrible. Some of their pastries, like the square apple pie, are also pretty ordinary. There's a reason they're always busy, so definitely give it a go & decide for yourself what's good & what's bad.

Can't go wrong with the Vietnamese pork roll. Also enjoy the quinoa salad with fried tofu. Coffee is not bad. Service is quick. A bit squishy though Nd tough to get a seat at lunch during the week or after church gets out on Sunday.

Fantastic! I love everything that they provide here. Coffee tastes beautiful. Their lemongrass chicken rolls and pineapple fried rice are a must try! The staff here are friendly and they always smile too. If you haven't been here, you're missing half of your life.

Visited during the long weekend, was able to find a seat straight away around 12pm. Not long after there was a huge line so got lucky as they are usually super busy. Food came out super quick. Ordered the wonton soup as wasn't really hungry and the broth was so flavoursome. Partner had the banh mi which was a huge serving. Would definitely come back

Monopoly is a wonderful thing. Especially when you're the only bakery in a suburb. Waited 45 mins for a Vietnamese baguette, had to beg three staff to check for me (none returned with a status update) as I was with my 2yo daughter, finally landed on my table without explanation or apology. Food is decent, just over priced and could use with some competition.
