Brilliant place for coffee and toastie in the city. Went here after a recommendation from a friend, the entire team learnt my order and name straight away and made the time to chat every time I popped in during my stay in Sydney. Coffee was excellent and tunes were badass.

Kingswood is a small specialty coffee located in World Square (George St side) with a wooden facade and a huge visible la marzocco coffee machine. Plenty of customers hanging around enjoying their daily coffee (or like me, two). Kingswood roast their own coffee and serve the house blend for milk coffees, as well as a range of single origins for espresso and filter. The coffee is excellent and despite me not living in the city, I'll definately make a return visit. For the non coffee drinkers out there, Kingswood also do a signature chai, hot chocolate, tea and iced drinks. Since it is only small, the food menu is only small but they have some pastries and toasties for food on the go.

The coffee (by roaster St Ali) is exceptional. Prices are fair given the quality. Range of food (mainly pastries) is limited but they're all fresh. Standard of service improves during the day as more staff come on board.

Wonderful coffee shop just off George Street. The baristas were great and friendly, and the coffee was excellent. One of the best coffees I managed to find during my time in Sydney. Espresso was rich and smooth, and the milk in my flat white was frothed perfectly without burning.

I never write review but I was very impressed with the place. Easily the best coffee around. I enjoyed the soy latte immensely and my friends loved the iced coffee and capp. The staff were smiling at the time and seemed very friendly (I don't know their names but I was there on Saturday around 3pm). It was lovely sitting out on the benches. Will definitely revisit when I am in the area.

I'm pretty sure I once had a wet dream about the coffee here once. I had a Caramel Latte back in 2015. It's been 4 years since I had their coffee and I dream of it to this day. Sometimes I'm at work and I'm having a difficult day, I remember Kingswood Coffee's Caramel Latte and I go into my happy place. That cup of coffee is better than any coffee I ever had in New Zealand or elsewhere in Australia, why have they not spread to other parts of the world is beyond me.

I've been visiting Kingswood regularly for a couple years now. Their coffee is consistently excellent, particularly their single origin options, which rotate and change every few days. I highly recommend a double espresso - which they do in ceramic cups if you can afford to wait and sip.

Always great coffee. Always fast to take your order. Always fast to make it. Always the same high quality of product. How these folks manage consistency across these four crucial customer satisfaction measures with no regard for the of time of day you're getting your coffee or number of other customers at that time is truly amazing. The staff behind the machines are often so focused on their work that they recognise their customers by what they order rather than what they look like: "oh! You're the double caramel latte with two sugars guy!" one of them exclaimed to me when they were pitching in at the cash register! Almost 5 stars!

Awesome coffee! Have a sitchu where you get a glass jar for your iced coffee, which you can bring back for cheaper refills. The staff are quick and the rhubarb pastries are so good. Some baristas are a bit moody though, so know what you want.

Good looking kiosk with good coffee. They have rotating roasters and knowledgable staff. There's no seats inside but there are lots of nice bench sand places to sit right out front. The cappuccino was sweetened in some way which is not to my taste but I think that's more of an Australian thing then just this shop. My espresso on the other hand was great!

After having one of the best lattes I've ever had at bahista the day before, I had high hopes at Kingswood and was pretty disappointed. It wasn't horrible, but with so many great option so close by I wouldn't go back. Good thing for them that I don't live here. Lol.

This new coffee place looks really great - stylish, modern and suits World Square. The coffee quality was good - but not significantly better than the many other competing coffee shops in the area. And that's where my major problem lies - they only do a regular sized coffee and it's expensive. My coffee of choice is between $3,50 and $4,00 elsewhere for a LARGE of comparable (sometimes better) quality. Kingswood charged $4 for a regular size. I asked why they do no large size and they said it was to ensure consistent quality. Sure, that's fair enough if your coffee is spectacular but when it's no better than your competitors you need another point of difference. It's a pity because I like the shop, but why would I pay more for the same thing? Probably won't visit again for a while but will try them out again in a few months to see if anything has changed.

Good coffee. It is actually a stand somewhere in the open mall but Google has the right location. The is since space to sit provided by the mall but you don't get the relaxed music they are playing. Overall what matters is good coffee.

The only way to tell if the coffee is good is to drink a long black and consume it whilst it gets cold. This is the only place i have found in World Square whose long black doesn't become bitter and awful when it cools down. As the weather changes to from bitter winds to glorious spring, the chill down factor is an important consideration.

Kingswood is a great little spot in World Square. They serve really tasty cronuts and even filtered coffee. The interior was designed by Tamsin Johnson (think Mr. Mustache in Bondi). The Kingswood team are very friendly and get to know you by name.
