Micro cafe just behind the Q.V. building in the CBD.
Menu was limited but tasty. Seating in limited with 2 small 2 seaters. Visiting during non busy times you should be fine.
Coffee was great as was my smoked salmon on toast.
Great spot for a quick snack or coffee on the go.

A place for serious drinkers of coffee. I’ve never had a bad coffee in this place. Strong, dark roast. Staff this morning were helpful, and friendly, offering me water and also table service. Quick service and nice environment. Luckily there was a free table, as this place gets very busy in the mornings 9.30-11.30am.

Delightful arcade cafe with lots of tables and (presumably) ikea stools of moderate comfort (as much as can be expected for stools) and tables of suitable height (for someone 160cm - can’t speak for other heights...). Excellent chia pudding. The fresh grated coconut is wonderful. Good coffee and brewed chai. A welcome step aside from the bustling QVB. A pleasant breakfast was spent here.
N. B. If you are wondering what constitutes a “mango salad” it is fresh mango with finely sliced mint.

I’m a French tourist and I saw the address on internet.
It was really good and tasty, I recommended it !!
The manager was very pleasent and smiling.

Professionals working a professional job. The attendant who served was very formal and polite, and his soft spoken voice was a really nice thing to hear at a dainty little Cafe in the early hours of this morning.
Their coffee is great, and their menu looks divine! 10/10 from a happy caffeinator 😅🙌🏽

One of the city’s best hidden gems for an awesome lunch & or coffee experience. James & his team hold nothing back when it comes to quality in their food & beverages. Been coming here for years. Always excellent.
L.
Good coffee, pretty shop, friendly staff.
D. M.
Good coffee and cozy hip space with many rooms. The blend is a bit neutral for my taste
M. L.
I ordered a large flat white take away, full cream milk. Nice coffee. Good strength, even as a large. They take the initiative and add an extra shot - a great start to a great coffee review. Unfortunately the milk was not stretched appropriately so creaminess could be improved. There's the potential one barista is better/worse that another so they warrant another go. Overall kind service and nice looking cafe.
P. S.
I love how the building itself used to be a police station. The menu is incredibly simple and straightforward - pick a panini (I had the chorizo, and it was hearty, unlike most cafe places that aren't filling, a good sandwich just does the trick). ALSO ordered an iced long black and man was it good. Presentation is not too fancy but I get a comfortable vibe all around. 100% would recommend this spot

He was Very kind, great coffee! What is that in the bread????also good😘😘

Hidden gem. So glad I found this cute little cafe. Great coffee, great food, great vibe, great people!
G. H.
It's one of my favourite inner city cafes and I'm surprised people have had poor experiences. The coffee is strong and dark and full of flavour. The menu simple but well done. And the people, friendly with a passion for what they do. And it is housed in one of the most interesting and artistic spaces a stone's throw from Town Hall Station.

Edit: I've been coming here on most trips to Sydney and still the espresso is the best I've had... Consistently good.
My go to coffee when in Sydney. Espresso is almost always lovely with a thicker texture and interesting taste. Take the time to sit inside and they put the effort in. Many colleagues have migrated here!
N. S.
Have been coming here off and on every couple of weeks. Coffee is great. Breakfast food is surprisingly good for such a tiny kitchen. Service is amazing. The staff remember our coffee order even though we are here quite infrequently.
K. C.
I enjoy the coffee here. There's a good range to choose from - I tend to grab a macchiato and a cold drip. Unlike others I have found the crew here to be friendly. These are the two reasons I keep coming back.
Food selection is limited but those salads and rolls I have tried have been delicious.
章.
Definately my favourite cafe!
The coffee is so good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend iced mocha, I'm addicted to it now:D

Popped in from the rain and Caught a coffee and a Wrapping. The area was packed. The coffee was among the best I've had in Sydney. All delivered immediately and with great support. Definitely recommend if you're in the region and require a coffee or a lunch or snack.
M. W.
A lovely little hole in a wall type of place that is easy to miss. Nice lunch options - sandwiches, salads and soups. Good coffee.
G. T.
Great coffee, super nice service. Well done gents. A hidden gem that is worth the detour.
J. C.
If there is a line it has to be good right?
Yeah.. it's like a tart bitter berry, cherry taste? Not my cuppa but good nonetheless..
Also side note but lactose intolerance is a thing. I know you have almond/soy milk as alternatives but bleh..
D. J.
Blink and you'll miss it. But try the coffee and you'll never forget it. A small cafe (from the street it looks like a hole-in-the-wall affair) connected to a small art gallery. Limited range of food offerings but great for a light breakfast. It's the coffee that brings things place to five stars and beyond. Relaxed, quiet atmosphere. In my Top 3 for espresso in Sydney CBD.
K. S.
Just a hole in the wall near Town Hall and it would be so easy to walk past without knowing it was here BUT the queues for coffee give it away. Great coffee and a wonderful ricotta, honey and almond toast in a relaxing atmosphere was all you needed for breakfast.
L. P.
Fantastic breakfasting place. Outstanding coffee and brilliant cakes and bread- adored Banana bread and the walnut and raisin toast. Relaxing seating area and lovely, welcoming staff. Worth seeking out!
E. M.
Funky little hidden away cafe in a funky art building on Clarence street. Not too many of these hidden gems in the city so I like going there for the peace and quiet. Coffee is meant to be great but it's just ok for me. I like it mainly for the space. They also have lovely breads and muffins etc.
A. M.
By far the best coffee in the CBD. Their Baristas have never given me a bad coffee. Highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts !
K. S.
Consistently great. James knows how to make you feel welcome and has maintained a very high standard from day one, which is why I have kept coming back to Klink all these years. Plus the man can roast!
A. W.
have loved being a regular here for coffee and lunch. great coffee, lovely staff by my fave is sitting over a pot of tea with smoked salmon and cream cheese toast for an hour - come back to work feeling very refreshed. great place to give your brain a little break!
C. L.
Klink is located in an funky old police station, staffed by lovely people, making great coffee and delicious food.
I was super impressed by the quality of food and how reasonably priced said food is!
M. B.
This is simply my favourite place for either coffee or lunch. You’ve basically got it all....food and coffee are excellent, staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and the space just feels so comfortable to be in. A really unique ‘feel good’ place.
J. G.
Delicious coffee, and peanut butter on sourdough was a winner!
A. S.
Love James and the Klink team. Never had a bad coffee! Stop by 3-4 times a week, my go-to on Town Hall side of CBD.
C. r.
completed a removal job here for some old fridges (OTG Rubbish Removals ) ive also had a long black coffee here which was very good smooth taste - very nice cool little coffee shop which used to be a police lock up hence the name- and 5 stars to the owner nice genuine friendly guy thank you
J. D.
Good coffee with lots of seating area. Perfect for a morning meeting or catch up
K. C.
They make the best soups! Creative, different and so tasty! Coffee is also great!
D. J.

Owner roasts his own beans to create an outstanding flavour. And his staff are warm and friendly.
T. R.
My favourite coffee in Sydney.. Even buy their beans to use at home. Food menu is short but very tasty and well priced considering the location

Fantastic coffee. Well worth a visit or two or three.......
B. T.
the coffee is ok, and the people are a bit cold...there's better places but it's definitely solid, and far better than any of the chains around the CBD.
T. C.
Owner roasts his own beans to create an outstanding flavour. And his staff are warm and friendly.
C. C.
Great coffee and service in a cool little cafe. Good for quiet coffee, takeaway, small catchups. Less ideal for groups
M. A.
Coffee was too hot and bitter for my liking. Will need to find another place in Sydney to get a good coffee.
L. C.
Klink has very good coffee, they serve almond milk, which is nice, and their their iced latte is quite good in the summer.
K. R.
Excellent coffee and interesting decor. Great repurposing of historic building. Can be a bit noisy with business meetings common here.
E. Z.
Met my friend Sammy for coffee and top place. Love their industrial rustic room!
G. H.
A hidden gem in the centre of Sydney, Klink's quirky cafe space is ideal for those needing coffee and break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
