The team at Knight's have been pulling some of the best espressos and ristrettos from their stockpile of Campos coffee for years, with smiling and friendly service. Their main weak point are the pastries from Lux bakery, which were a good choice years ago but in recent years I've had here and elsewhere soft lacklustre almond croissants from Lux that I've thrown out halfway - they just aren't of the standard that they used to be. While they are a coffee place first and foremost and don't want to be judged on pastries, it doesn't change the fact they do sell items that don't match the calibre of their coffee and it can be improved on.

Best place for coffee and they have amazing energy and hard worker. I can see their passion about coffee. But seems like they could be top level without using campos bean. I like campos but their level seems higher than campos. They could go with their signature bean. Anyway I love this place so much. Amazing coffee perfect customer service !

Knight’s Coffee are wonderful. The staff are always exceptionally lovely and friendly, and always serve customers with a massive grin. It’s actually quite sweet to see them greet repeat customers who they know. The iced mocha here is the best iced mocha I’ve had in Sydney. Please check these guys out, if you find yourself in the area. They do Campos here!

The first word that came out of my mouth was yum. Hands down best coffee I had in Sydney. The froth was perfect and it felt like warm goodness going down my throat. Will get my coffee from there everyday now. The service was super good and I would highly recommend it.

If you ever want to see the difference discretionary effort makes to a coffee buying experience, then go here. I am happy to wait the extra few minutes for my coffee (the queue can be big) just to see the hard-working effort of the staff and the phenomenal level of friendliness and professionalism they have when dealing with customers. The staff here a brilliant and the coffee is nice. They're friendly, attentive and are always working hard to make sure you get your coffee fast. There is often a queue, but for a reason; The coffee is great and the service is even better. Even when the lines are long you still don't usually have to wait very long.

What great coffee and service. Heard a lot of about this small coffee place at the end of the central tunnel towards the ABC end and was not disappointed at all. The service was super quick and the coffee was ready in the blink of any eye. The coffee was great to taste and one of the best I've had so far. The best coffee place in the area, without a doubt. You can tell just by the morning crowds! The staff are extremely friendly and learn your name really quickly if you're a regular. I only wish they did a large/jumbo coffee size, and Bulletproof coffees or cream for when I am low carbing. Not somewhere to go for food, but you can pick up a couple of pastries.

Beautiful coffee but I cannot fathom a $1 charge for almond milk. I purchase a quarter of the bottle for each coffee I get. Not necessary at all. Making pure profit off people who can’t or choose not to consume dairy.

Fantastic coffee shop. Not cheap but a perfect cup every time. Staff are all friendly and helpful. This is also the go-to shop for almost everyone who works at the nearby ABC building so it can be fun for stargazing :)

Best service, they learn your name and take great care in making the best coffee around. Every week there is a different single origin bean. They offer cold drip, aero press, filter and espresso. It gets busy and thats how the like it :) do yourself a favour and get here!

Before Knights opened up a year or two ago - Coffee around Haymarket was a bit of a problem. Knights is hands down the best place to go for coffee. The Baristas are very friendly, will know your name and order after only a couple of visits, and consistently make coffee that tastes great. Even better, they are always well staffed and fast. Dont let the crowds put you off from ordering here.. You still get your order after only a couple of minutes even when there is more than 20 people waiting.. No trip to work is complete without a stop off at Knights every morning. There is no way I could start my day without them.
