Lovely cafe in a beautiful old building. The dog friendly courtyard is cosy with large shady pine trees. There’s a cute meandering cottage garden to wander through too. The food & coffee was excellent also.

We found this cafe be accident. There was only a couple of places open early on Sunday morning. Luckily Michael's was open. Nothing was a problem. I had to order different to the menu due to dietary issue. Our meals were both amazing. Great coffee as well. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

We stop in here every time we pass thru Uralla on our annual road trips... its a lovely venue (old Bank of NSW) with quite sheltered courtyard for al fresco dining amd a nice menu selection. Great place to stop.

Have had breakfast here three times on the way to Sydney, excellent all times. The breakfast fry up is terrific, spicy and lots of it. Good coffee, good service, clean, friendly.

It was lovely great coffee and food selection they do lots of gluten-free things. They have loads of otjer drink options like soft drinks, thick shakes, milkshakes and spiders. Great for a big meal or breakfast or just a little snack. Reasonably priced you can sit inside or out. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Definitely intend visiting again. By country standards very good coffee. Awesome bacon and egg roll and very good cake. The muffin wasn't good, however. Lovely friendly service and ambience. Appreciated they open so early in the morning incl Sundays for travellers.

Expensive. Limited menu options. Unfriendly atmosphere. Took an inordinate amount of time to get the order.... nearly an hour to get beakfast on the table! Frustrating. However the food when it finally came was delicious.

Fantastic cafe with a good menu & friendly staff. The garden out the back is great for the kids with a pond, chickens & paths to explore. The meals are excellent - the meat on my steak sandwich was a perfectly cooked 2cm thick piece. Definitely stop here for lunch if you fet the chance!

Beautiful old building and gem of hidden garden out the back. Food and coffee was good. 1 Jan. Café ended up being packed with breakfast walk-ins only 3 staff on, run off their feet but did an awesome job. Totally recommend!

Michael's Cafe is a beautiful little spot to find yourself brunching in when stopping off for a break in Uralla on the iconic New England Highway. It was a sweltering day when we sat in the serene courtyard amongst a stand of shady trees. The Spanish omelette on thick buttered toast was delicious, and garnished with the freshest tomatoes ever. Well worth the time spent interrupting our journey!
