Really lovely café, just a few streets away from the busy main street of Tumbarumba. The bacon & egg roll was perfectly cooked and I love that they list where all their produce is from. All of the seating options are fab but the outdoor seating is super cute and nice and cool even on a hot day.

Yummmmm! Just had the MOST delicious brunch. Absolute perfection. House made hash brown stack with perfect, gooey poached eggs, spinach, mushrooms & chutney. Perfectly extracted macchiato savoured in dappled sunshine amidst a beautiful cottage garden. Nelly & the girls were the hosts with the most. Exquisite artisan produce make thoughtful Chrissy gifts too.

So glad we tried it! The staff was very nice and it was lovely to sit outside in a place that felt so neighborhood-y. The food was good, but not exceptional. My avocado and dukkah came with one very good soft poached egg (a little bit of the white was still runny, so not perfect) but the other egg had been mangled—halved and the yoke cooked solid, which the kitchen tried to hide. Some of the avocado wasn’t nearly close enough to ripe. And the was a flavor element missing. My husband said the same of his potato balls over spinach; could have used feta maybe. It wasn’t clear from the taste whether the hot chocolates had been made from water or milk (not very creamy, in other words), and the tomato sauce or relish on the bacon sandwich kinda made it taste McDonald’s-y. I’m complaining a lot and being a little picky—it certainly wasn’t terrible, I just wish I’d gotten better hot chocolate and maybe tried the pancakes instead.

Gorgeous little place! Great concept! And more importantly the coffee (Fish River Roasters) is fantastic. Hot Cocoa is pretty good too, the Marshmallow feels handmade. It was the perfect coffee stop on our way to the snow. We didn’t have time for lunch but food and little treats look amazing. We will come back to try for sure!

One of the most beautiful local cafe in the Snowy region. A must visit if you are from Wagga Wagga or travelling to the snow resorts. Coffee was super tasty and really bossed our up the French Tart was really delicious and fresh. Toilet was super clean and well maintained. All the waitresses were super friendly and chatty. We both really enjoyed our half an hour stay in the cafe. A highly recommended cafe in that area. A great Aussie Hospitality.thanks guys.

Loved spending a couple of hours here today, for lunch. Cosy, friendly and really tasty food. We had a Beef and Ale Pie with a delicious salad, Reuben Toasted Sandwich and a really lovely bowl of perfectly crunchy Sweet Potato Wedges on the side. Coffee and (loose leaf) tea was great too. We felt totally at home and could have stayed much longer. Thank you for making my day.

The coffee is fabulous!! Funky little spot! Check out movie at the quaint cinema and enjoy a snack from the menu of locally sourced ingredients. Lots of shady seats out in the garden to sit and watch the world go by, the staff are all lovely. It's a little slice of heaven!

Best little cinema experience. Sat on recliner chairs with feet up and service to the table. Then stayed and had late lunch. Fantastic healthy delicious food, coffee, wine and staff were exceptional and friendly. Favourite spot on our holiday. Thankyou. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Wonderful cute little Cafe with a lovely warm wood fireplace and oh my goodness the Coffee was superb ❤ Chicken Burger and Chips were also amazing. Highly recommended to stop on your travels and take a break, or even go for a lovely day trip and call in for lunch break.

A real pleasant surprise in a small country town. The food, film, atmosphere and overall experience was fantastic. A little gem. I ordered the pizza before a film and saw many people coming in their PJs and ugs to collect take away pizzas so I thought this was a good sign hence wasn't let down. Dinner and a show in the country. This was a novel experience. The service and meal were good. We watched "The Ocelots" a young indie duo perform in a small theatre, which while full held only around 50 people. Definitely recommend trying it.

The Nest Cinema cafe in Tumbarumba has become one of my favorite wine and dine destination. The standard of the food and service are exceptionally good. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere welcome you to sit, relax and enjoy fresh, local produce. The movies are good too.

You have to visit Tumbarumba and you must have a coffee, meal or cinema night at The Nest. This would have to be one of the best little regional cafe/ restaurants in NSW. All the cakes, cookies and food are made on site. For coffee lovers, The Nest make one of the best expressos you could get. I just love regional Australia.

Hi 👋 everyone I had never been be for I am from Batlow been living in Batlow and other areas for a long time now about 25 odd yrs or more and never had the opportunity to to get to go and dine in such a lovely cafe in those yrs like this one in Tumbarumba cafe/theatre it was not only in a good spot easy access huh amount of space great Decor allot of nice books the read while u where thee waiting and dinning there to look at and read items to buy great stuff and most importantly fabulous yummy 😋 delicious assorted of meals and food to choose from I would recommend visiting Tumbarumba cafe and giving there food 🥘 ago for lunch 🍴 some time and hopefully u will find and get the same outcome as I did buy visiting this restaurant and it’s located in a great little town with allot of great shops 🏬 and activities to do and explore and lovely country folk to get to chat with while there why not try there accommodations hotels pubs clubs and caravan parks ect and go and support local wine yards and pubs and clubs also for a meal there great too and othere cafes there too and have a beer 🍺 or wine 🍷 or cuppa coffee ☕️ or cold coke or glass of spring water 💦 I rate this cafe amongst the other great places to eat and drink 🍹 great stuff Tumbarumba keep your great service up for awl communities and those in it and visitors visiting it 👏👏👏👏👏😃😃😃😁😋😋😋😋😋🥳🍾🤝
