J. G.Great bakery that has a nice range of pies, quiches and baked goods including some gluten-free options also (and the staff are celiac aware). They also have lactose free milk, and make a nice coffee. There is a good amount of seating both inside and out. What's great is that it doesn't close super early either (unlike some of the other places in Jindabyne), so we were able to pop in for an afternoon coffee and cake after walking Mt Kosciusko.
E. S.The tea was good quality and served nicely by friendly staff member. However my carrot cake was very dried out tasted old and stale. A tiny piece for such a high price. I could not eat it. Thankfully an exchange was made for a fresher product.

Whilst we were at the bakery we engaged in some wonderful conversation with the employees (especially Jordan) and had an absolutely sensational time! If you are in the Jindabyne area, I certainly recommend paying a visit to the Nimmitabel bakery- their cinnamon doughnuts are amazing!
