The flavours described are accurate & reasonably priced. But the packaging can be improved by having a zip lock 🔒, but it's not important 👍. I love the variety of flavours described. I love mainly Merlo coffee, but I vary between the two.

I have tried many different coffee beans as a part time barista. The ones that stand out the most for me are Segafredo Zanetti. The coffee blends have a real depth of flavour and are exactly as described on the packaging. My favourite is the Extra Strong locally roasted beans. I have dealt with the staff in Melbourne and they are very helpful. There is also a great selection of Espresso Machines for home or office use. Highly recommended.

I have found the Gaggia Anima to be more robust than my previous (non-Gaggia) machine but I am disappointed that it has an intermittent squeal which seems to be an acknowledged problem with this machine. It has two possible sources which requires a partial dismantling to address one of them (unfortunately the source of my problem as I have addressed the other without success). I am not confident enough to do that myself and taking the machine to a repair centre is inconvenient, so I am just living with it, somewhat resentfully. Otherwise, the machine makes a great coffee which I greatly enjoy.
