Nice location, friendly staff and the coffee is alright just like any other Starbucks in Sydney. It’s a nice place to catch up with someone for a chat over a cup of coffee.

Great stuff! We accidentally split a cup of coffee on the floor. The stuff cleaned it very quickly and even gave us one more cup for free. Really sorry for the mass and really appreciate for your kindness!

I pretty much go to all the Starbucks stores in the city but I find this one to be the most consistent with how they make their drinks. The staff are also really friendly too which is a big bonus!

I had been in transit from Melbourne since 4am and my phone had died. I couldn't check in or prove my vaccination and walked in borderline panicking and asked to just charge my phone for a minute so I could do the right thing. I'd been traipsing around the city for nearly an hour and nobody was understanding at all. The attendant was friendly and calm and let me do exactly that, and this overtired and stressed little Melbournian is very grateful. 😂

This Starbucks cafe just sold me the best tasting white hot chocolate. I’ll be back! Fast, efficient and friendly service. Handy location on George Street. Wifi available in store. Seating available. Good atmosphere. Toilet located near the counter. Light rail stop located about one block south. The entry to Town Hall train station is located across the road. #Sydney

I know Australia Starbucks doesn't do drink customisation as much as US Starbucks. But the baristas here were really happy and liberal with the extra caramel drizzles when I asked. Super love that!

Not all Starbucks are the same. George Street is clean, bright, bustling, and has a few power points to plug in and charge up. The staff are friendly and courteous, even at closing time. But they do close earlier than advertised, and it's almost muggy because of how packed they are.

It was very good the cashier gave me a discount because I was 20c short, the drink was delicious, will definitely be coming here more often when lockdown ends, it’s very nice to visit this store after an expedition to the Australian Museum, thanks guys I really appreciate the discount 😁

Comparing with other Starbucks outlets, staff are always friendly and seem to remember to know your favorite drink and food. It's rare (nowaday) to have staff who are responsive to customers' needs.

No matter where ever in the world Starbucks has their branch, the original feeling what you get in US, you may not find it. I was happy about the options given to try out their new roast of coffee for white mocha. Little crowded but the ambience was good. Unfortunately their oven was not working that day, so I couldn't not get my butter croissant toasted. Nevertheless I am huge fan of Starbucks..

Really kind staff, really lovely hot chocolates, always enjoy coming here! They have some secret frappuccino flavours on the wall too if you're looking for something different! It can get crowded here at times, so I hope one day they can expand it or find a bigger spot!

Coffee here is like any other Starbucks, not great. I only use them to buy tea which ironically is great... This particular branch is always very busy and quite small, therefore finding a seat is often tricky. I prefer the branch by Capital theatre, it also has a nicer vibe and a comfortable area upstairs.

Without a doubt this Starbucks is also walking on the footsteps of its predecessors by not making any mistakes in spelling the names of the customer correctly. Besides that place is cozy and vibrant. Staffs are friendly. But can improve on security because there lots of people asking for money and being rude with the customers who are minding their own business EVEN INSIDE THE STORE.

Pretty standard Starbucks with friendly staff and reliable coffee. The place seems to fill and empty in waves, but I never seem to fail to grab a seat, even when it is packed. Tables are cleared and cleaned regularly. WiFi is available, just ask the staff at the counter when you order your coffee. Power is available from the central tables on either side against the wall.

When it comes to coffee, Starbucks might have better competitor. When it comes to location, they are certainly the winner. When it comes to service, this place doesnt give you the finest one. The man in the cashier, corrected the order with a snarky tone. And wasnt really put a good display of enthusiasm. I know it's raining during New Year Eve, but a little smile wont hurt dripping wet guest

Damien (And the guy he was with, I don't know his name) were absolutely stunning and gave me fantastic customer service! They even gave me a gift to take back to me Starbucks-less home town, blown away! And that's before I mention how every drink has been consistently awesome and how all the other employees are polite and enthusiastic, great job!

This place is always packed with people and seems to be short staffed. If you are just going to grab a takeaway drink thats fine because they do it pretty fast. But if you wanna sit down you will have to help yourself cleaning the rubbish left on the tables and bread crumbs or even spilt coffee on the chairs.

Met up friends for a late night beverage. Was surprised this Starbucks was both well staffed and relatively clean/tidy. Seating was somewhat limited, thanks to a strong student presence occupying multiple tables with books and laptops. But that soy chai was definitely worth it =)

I find this Starbucks branch too small, and always busy. It is difficult to find seating and when you manage to do so, you can't hear your conversation. I recommend you get a takeaway coffee/tea and go to a park nearby. If you are waiting for a movie at the cinemas or just finished watching one and want to grab a quick coffee I would recommend having it on the go.

I regularly have coffee here, often going for a green tea latte, or their brewed coffees. The barristas are very friendly and look like they have a lot of fun. Coffee/tea is gorgeous in a ceramic cup. The atmosphere here is great for reading and writing, which is why I come back so often. Only downside is that table cleaning doesn't happen as often, which is probably the only fixable downside. This shop also tends to be very packed, so grabbing a seat at most times is near impossible. Great place! :)

Absolutely love their green tea lattes and green tea frappes! I enjoy coming here just to chill and have their coffees (and their free WIFI!). You can purchase a Starbucks card and load money onto it and use it to purchase drinks and receive points at the same time! They have a variety of hot and cold drinks for you to try as well!

I personally like the environment when it is less people (busy) only ground level, there is a restroom for short break. But BEWARE, it can feel winter (i would suggest you to bring some jacket, jumper any extra layers of clothes. ^^ Overall it is a good place to be, it doesnt matter with group of people having brekky or have caffeine hit , or even a casual studying, despite of the place being crowded place at some point of the day (especially towards the weekend).

Try their caramel machiatos, or try your most random drinks idea and they will make it for ya! ie. you can ask them to make you a brownie frappucinno if you like but you just need to buy the frappucino and the brownie of course!

five stars because the first brewed coffee that I got was only warm and not hot...the staff INSISTED to make me a new one...even though I said I’d take the first one. The second was just perfect!

I always come here for my green tea matches latte. $7.00 for venti, $5.50 for tall. Service a little bit slow due to high popularity in location wise but in regards to customer service is great. Needs are always there, although very messy and hard to find clean tables because the staffs are usually busy making drinks rather than cleaning. Toilet only one. Wi-Fi is very annoying because they wouldn't connect and so slow, maybe because a lot of people is using it. There is limited power plugs for charging (if you sit in the long table near entry there's two). Overall is okay but wouldn't stay in here for longer than 1hour.

Cozy place to relax at the heart of the cbd. Never been a big fan of Starbucks coffee, but their cold drinks are pretty good. Service is warm and the overall ambience is pleasing too.
